  1. I would like the timer on the OTP to be turned off. When a new caller logs into a caller account, it sends an OTP to our email. The RingCentral OTP is only valid for a short period of time. I would like this to be turned off or at least extended so it can be input within a longer period of time.

  3. We have team leaders that have an Agent Assist skill to help agents with customers. When an Agent calls into that Skill, only the Agent's callerID gets displayed when the call rings to the team leader. Team Leaders would love for the Agent's name to be displayed instead.

Currently, A missed call on the main number where someone dials a company's primary phone number but the call is not answered, not routed to an extension, or not picked up by any available user or department. The call log does not appear for any users or extensions app. Only the assigned operator receives an email notification about the missed call, but it does not show up in the app. Could you consider updating the system to at least register such missed calls in the super admin’s app for better tracking, even if the caller did not make a selection?

  5. Remove the ability of a non-super admin to change their Outbound Caller ID on the App.

  9. Improve the offline devices alerts. Right now the platform can send an alert from Analytics when more than 1 device is offline at a location. Looking for the ability to put a timeframe to be alerted after a device has been offline for more than 72hrs.

Please add an option to turn on a sound queue when a phone call ends on the Ring Central Desktop app. I can never tell when a call has ended without clicking on the RC app after the call to make sure the call isn't still going. Have already had this happen a couple of times when I thought the other person ended the call and we both heard each other having separate conversations in the background.

  20. Ability to search or view inactive/deleted users in the RingCentral app. We need to be able to pull up inactive users in a RingCentral app user search. Currently, inactive users are not available in a search in the RingCentral app.
