Text auto reply and signature
While away on lunch, out of office or not available auto reply would be very helpful when receiving a text. Automatic custom made Signature for every text sent would also save time and so the members know who sent the message.

Increase Security Code Time-Out
Current 60-second countdown is not enough. Many of our users have been having problem receiving security code email within 60 seconds and type the 6-digit code to the two-factor authentication. Please increase the time-out limit to 120 or 300 seconds.

Allow Click to Call in Docs / Slides (not only Sheets)
Wouldn't it be good to get the possibility to use Click to Call on Docs & Slides, just like with Excel / Sheets ?We have plenty of presentations with numbers that needs to be redialed manually.Moreover, it's not very intuitive because it does work with Excel / G Sheet.

Remove or lock the "Call from" option from specific users
Currently, Users can use the "Call from" drop down to change the number that the call they are placing, comes from. This is a great tool for certain users on our team, not so much for the ones that don't need this. For the majority of our users, they shouldn't be able to use, let alone see, this function.

Click to Dial On Computer and RingCentral Mobile
Our field sales team love the idea of being able to work from their computer and be able to click on a number on the internet or their CRM and have the number be called by their RingCentral mobile application on their mobile device.

Add "Ring to RC Mobile App" to RingOut
Add the option to Ring Out RIngCentral Mobile App to the Ringout options.We have users who wish to use the mobile app but need to click to dial on their PC. Their PC cannot carry sound. Being able to set the RingOut to Point to their mobile app would be a great option.

Disable HUD park notification
Every time a user parks a call, the entire office gets notified. This is confusing as it implies that the call is parked for them to pick up. Users do not need to be notified when a call is parked.

Customize and change ring order of incoming calls on RC desktop/mobile app to another position besides First.
Right now I have the RC desktop app and a physical desk phone. I would like the ability to be able to change the RC desktop app to ring (2nd) in the incoming call order rather than default to the first spot. It forces me to have to toggle it on/off on a daily basis where if I'm in the office I only have my physical phone ring and if I'm out of the office I will toggle on the RC app to receive incoming calls first. Ability to Forward voicemails to another extension
I received a voicemail in error, it should've gone to another extension. After chatting with a RC tech I learned there currently is no way to forward that voicemail to the correct extension. I need to be able to forward voicemails to the correct extension, preferably with the option to add a little message of my own before the voicemail like "hey, this is actually for you" and then the message plays.

Removal of "tips" popups
The popups that continually show up as "tips" get irritating, especially after having RingCentral for a week. They often pop up as a call is coming in, or as a video call is coming in, making it difficult to answer, often resulting in missed calls

Display My Caller ID while on a call
In previous RingCentral DialPad versions, my caller ID remained viewable throughout an active phone call.On this newer version (Web: 22.3.30.1620 2022-09-19 17:44:15), I was hunting for my caller ID while I was on an active call. In the conversation, a conference call was placed to a third party; then, a voice message was needed. In the voice message, I fumbled with leaving my callback number. Organizing Manage queues & Caller ID
I'd be great if we could organize this alphabetically. Trying to find the correct location when have over 20 of them can take a while, if it was organized by alphabet it would be so quick.

Allow mobile app to be logged into multiple users simultaneously or take advantage of Android's "dual messenger" function
Android's dual messenger function allows you to run multiple instances of the same app simultaneously on one device. This allows you to be signed in to multiple accounts, or in this instance, multiple extensions, at the same time on the same device. The reason that I find this potentially helpful is because I am not able to receive messages(sent to our main number) while I am logged into my personal extension on the app.

Allow text messages with email address under new SMS policy
I am no longer able to include my personal business email address in text messages (they are not sent). Apparently this is due to a new policy that does not permit sms messages to be used to send links to lead generating websites. But the only "lead generation" on my website is a "contact us" page with a fillable form and a link to a hubspot scheduler to schedule a consultation.Now, when I tell somebody to email me documents, any message with my email address (name@domain.com) will not be sent.I'm not sending them a link to my webpage…

Please add slider bar for voicemail
We receive tons of messages in this office. We used to be able, with the old app, to listen to parts of the message via a slider bar. Now, if we miss something we have to listen to the whole message again. Very time consuming:(

Showing available when connecting to a call
Currently when we make a call out to someone, the status shows as available until we are connected to the other person. This should show as "on a call" during this time as well. Sometimes we have receptionists looking to transfer a call and they see we are available when we are actually on the phone.

Disabling App Messaging for Certain Users
It would be great to have the ability to disable the Messaging Feature for certain users. This would allow admins more control on to which features their users would have access to

adding custom fields like social media urls in the user profile section
I have users asking for the ability to add their social media urls to their profiles. Admins should be able to add custom fields like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn to the user profile section. Right now you have Name, Email, department, company, phone number, website these are very basic.
