  1. MESSAGING / TEXT / SMS - When searching for a team member in the Contact list you can either send a message to their Extension or their assigned numbers. It is possible to hide every number EXCEPT the extension.Would like an option to hide the extension so that the contact list is just a list of personal numbers. Sending some messages to the extension, and some to the contact number makes multiple, confusing places for messages to live. Messages that are sent to extensions instead of direct numbers are not tracked in the billing exports for compliance reasons.

  3. Please allow pasting image directly into chat without having to create new notes. Just like Microsoft Teams. Creating new notes is obscuring the clarity of the images.

We use status' to indicate our availability - this is especially beneficial to verify if an employee is working in the office, from home, remote, at a customer, etc etc.However, all outside organizations that I have communicated with can also see this information. It would be beneficial to have a status for individuals outside our organization.

In the RC App on Windows (and the webpage, which is the same thing anyhow), why under 'All voicemail' do some voicemails have:1) The delete 'garbage can' icon is the second icon?2) The delete icon is the THIRD icon?3) The delete icon is literally behind the 'three dots'4) the 'Mark as Read' icon is ALWAYS behind 'three dots'.Nearly every voicemail is desireable to process either as a DELETE or MARK AS READ since it's already transcribed, and we're clearing things out.   8. within RCCC when an agent makes an outbound call through the MAX directory the number shows within the supervisor application not the name the agent has chosen to dial. Cruise would like supervisors to see that name of the organisation the agents are calling from the directory

  11. Would like to have a company contact cleared/deleted from own extension company contacts that is not listed in the account/portal. This was once a test extension that sync'd but is no longer an extension user.

  13. Many of the included ringtones are not attention grabbing or dont really sound like a phone. The ringcentral phone app for desktop (phone icon) has this feature, I think it should also be added to the RingCentral app (R icon) which is supposed to be more feature rich.

  14. We often have the need in our system for end users to send their missed calls to voice mail of others on our system. For example a Director wants to send missed calls that go to voice mail to the Admin Assistant in their office. The Admin Assistant then receives voice mail in the RingCentral App for both their own calls and the Director's calls. The issue is that the App doesn't identify if the voice mail is then for the Admin Assistant or the Director, no identifier is left. It would be helpful to add the full number called…

  18. Please allow URL shorteners in SMS/MMS messages depending on the usage. Some customers need to use shorteners in order to send links to appointment sign-up sheets and landing pages for their clients. Currently, the only workaround indicated would be to use private/proprietary URL shorteners.

  19. The RingCentral App is very rich in settings.It would be great to have a "Reset settings to default" option to help in scenarios where users have changed many settings to the extent they cannot remember what changes were made and why the app is no longer working as it should.
