  1. In New RC, it appears there is not a way to duplicate / copy a team. This feature is widely and heavily used within our org. We have a template team with members and tasks for each project, and this team is duplicated every time a new project lands. This is used a significant number of times a day/week, and incredibly critical to our org. needs.Without this feature, the RC app is very useless to us in terms of internal project and time management.

Scenario:Initiate a call from the desktop phone.Flip the call to the mobile app.Flip the call back to the desk phone.The mobile app no longer recognizes that there is an active call and does not offer the "switch the call to this device" option. Close and re-open the mobile app.The mobile once again recognizes that there is an active call and offers the "switch the call to this device" option. The mobile app should be updated to always recognize the active call on the extension, without the need to close and re-open it.

  4. When making and transferring internal calls from the dial pad on the Desktop Application you can't see the users presence status (In a Meeting, On a Call, DND etc.). Being able to see the Users current presence state would improve the user experience.

Currently the exe format of the install seems to have limited command line options and the MSI install is a much larger file. when using tools to remotely push applications to install this becomes a problem. looking for a way (but not limited to) push RC desktop app and have it install for all users not just single user install. also there is a popup window at the end of the install that wants to add the firewall rule need to suppress that prompt and just do it now MSI install has the command line option for allusers=1 but lack…

  11. In addition (or maybe instead of?) the standard pre-built status messages, it would be helpful to have some of your previous status messages as well. For instance, we're often indicating where we are...at the office, working from home, etc. It would be really convenient if you could just toggle back to a previous status, without having to type it all over again. Having your own custom list of status messages is arguably more useful than the generic messages.

  12. HiPlease can we add the ability to hide the Hide Main Company Number. This number is not used within the organisation and causes a great deal of confusion for our users when this number is inadvertently selected.We need to keep the ability to change outbound identity - and it seems strange that RC do not allow us to hide what appears to be a legacy feature.Thanks for your consideration.

  13. To receive messaging, the app needs to run, but it does not need to run in the foreground upon computer login. Please add a setting option to be able to start the program in the tray area. MS Teams has this option and it is very useful.

  15. this is currently not a feature for ring central for any of the ring central product lines. I work in an outpatient community clinic . it would be very helpful so that clients are aware when they text if provider is away from office or off work. this way they don't have to wait for response and be able to contact someone else for faster service. please update me if this is possible in the future. thanks!

  16. We integrate RingCentral into our email and calendar, but sometimes meetings end early, and even when the call is over, everyone's status is still red until the end of the meeting. Would it be possible to have the meeting owner or someone be able to end the meeting early so everyone's RingCentral status goes back to green?

  17. Calendar presence should not allow incoming calls in the app if in meeting status.This feature will help especially if in a meeting and not to receive calls. Status was automatically changed to in meeting thus it helps if this feature will be implemented.

Hi Team,Please find time to check and update the Fax render tool to support more fonts from PDF Files. currently, if an original PDF file uses Arial font (see attached Original PDF.pdf), all entries with Arial font will not show once the fax has been sent (see attached Sent Fax.pdf). Fax will only be shown properly if the original PDF file's fonts are changed (see page 3 of fax with fonts changed). We would to send faxes as how it was received via PDF, we don't have to change all fonts prior sending the files as faxes.

  20. Hi, We may, on occasions, be making Sales calls on behalf of another site location and wish to present that locations site number instead of the user/site who is calling. For example, Heathfield wish to make sales calls on behalf of our Airdrie site and wish to present our local Airdrie number. This can be important for customer engagement with new and existing customers. Could our site location numbers be made available in the call from drop down box on all platforms, mobile app, desktop, Deskphone?Thanks
