"ignore" button on Google Extension sends call to voicemail and is linked to the RC App?
When you have the google extension and the RC App opened and that a call comes in, if you click on "ignore" on the google extension the RC App will still keep ringing and you have to also click on "send to voicemail" on the Rc app. Is it possible to link both apps and if "ignore" is clicked on the Google extension it also sends it to voicemail on the RC App.

Allow guests the ability to initiate video call
There are a few guest users on my team and previously they were able to start video calls but something has changed and they are no longer able to start the call. Please change it back so anyone can initiate a call with anyone on the team.

CurrentlyYou can create any number of 'Teams' (chat channels) but if you want to delete posts from those chats you have to manually delete each post one-by-one.ProposedCan we have a facility where the administrator of a 'Team' channel can delete all posts and contents of a channel in one step. Mass import of personal contacts into phone's contact directory.
I recently imported via csv file about 300 "personal contacts" on my RingCentral account. On my Polycom phone, when these contacts call in, I see their names (like CallerID). However, when I search in my Directory under "Contact Directory", they do not show up. I would like a way to add contacts to my directory all at once (for instance, import them like I can on RingCentral). I know that I can add them manually one by one but this is highly inconvenient.

...scription) for everyone but creator.. To have the ability, to define only by creator, if the task definition is able or not, to be modified by the non-creator.In case if the flag=false/disabled the edit function is disabled for non-creator users.

Snipping tool for Message
Many times its handy to send a quick snapshot of what is on your monitor with a fellow worker. A snipping tool plugin within message would make this easier than using the print screen button or the windows snipping tool.

Ability to toggle "Tips" on/off for new users of the RingCentral App
Toggling 'Tips' on and off from the Resource Center within the application would benefit more advanced computer users that don't require (or want) a tutorial through the application's usage/features.

on the desktop app on incoming phone calls you text back responses like “will call you back in 10mins” but on the mobile app that is not avaialble I have to just let the phone call go to voicemail

Change presence and queue call availability from tray icon in Windows RC Desktop App
Should be able to right-click the RC App tray icon, in Windows, and select your presence status along with being able to accept queue calls. Instead users are required to fully open the RC App and change the status by selecting their profile avatar and choosing a status. This functionality is available with Microsoft Teams and other UCaaS solutions. Currently users have 2 options when right-clicking the tray icon (Bring to front and Quit).

Per-user outbound caller ID list customization and search feature.
We have 281 company numbers and it would be nice if we could customize the outbound caller ID list list on a per-user basis so that users would only see the numbers they need to call out of. Currently, they have to wade through every single company number to choose the one they want. We can set the default one for them with a template, but some users regularly need to make calls from multiple company numbers. A search feature would also be nice in the RingCentral app on desktop app and RingCentral Mobile apps when selecting a "Call from:"…

On my iPhone, I am able to essentially add myself and all of my info as a contact and can text that to others. Please add this virtual business card feature to the RingCentral app so we can text folks all of our information. Thank you.

Hide Tasks In Conversation Option
Use Tasks for assignments and not clutter up the Messages/Conversations which can be used for immediate info sharing while the tasks can be on a separate page. Notifications of Task Due can be in Messages but not the whole box. This should be an option to hide from the Messages but still have in the Task/ Calendar so that we have a choice.
