Allow changing the inter digit timer on desk phone
There is a default value called the Inter Digit Timer on a J139 desk phone. This timer controls the amount of time you can pause while entering a number on the phone before the phone dials the number you've entered. I don't know if it also exists on other phones, but I would guess that it does. The value of the inter digit timer is 3 seconds and apparently cannot be changed. the option to have one central contacts directory instead of each extension having their own contacts list
As a small business we have two extensions, each with their own contacts list. The lists are exclusive and not shareable or mergeable. We need one main contacts directory only and would love this option.

Give users ability to use the company main fax line number as their Fax caller ID.
Please add the ability for the company main fax line number to be selected as the outbound fax caller ID by users. Right now users can only select their direct line or the main company phone number. We want most of our clients to fax to the main company fax line and not see employees direct lines.

Longer Voicemail Length
We have some users that need to be able to accept longer voicemails (in particular our help desk that needs people to be able to record detailed descriptions of their problem). It would be useful to us to allow for at least certain users to be able to accept longer voicemails.

Wipe all configuration and changes with a button
Very special need: as a trainer and I need to do housekeeping after every training session. Deleting every queue and every IVR and every park position one by one takes a lot of time.I'd like to have a "wipe everything" button for the system mailbox. Kind of like a factory reset.

The SMS features as currently described and discussed are not available for AU users. This is a much needed feature and would be a welcome addition.

Away Messages for Texting
We should be able to set an away message on our texts so that if we are on vacation or in a meeting clients know that we're not available, just like we can for a phone or email

Automatically sort teams within folders so teams with recent messages at the top.
Currently when a team is in a user defined folder the position is set and to reorganise teams a user must drag-and-drop. Would like to ability to activate 'automatic sorting' where a team with an unread message is always placed at the top of the list.'Auto-Sort' should be able to be enabled on a folder-by-folder basis.This behaviour was available in Ring Central Classic but was removed (for unknown reasons) from the new Ring Central app.

Option to select single playback when using IVR menu
Right now the IVR default settings for the greeting is for it to be played three times before transferring the call to the next step. Is there a way you could change that to a single playback?

Connectors for Avaya Cloud Office to use with the Microsoft Power Suite
This would allow for more automatic integration between Microsoft Apps and Avaya. These would be for things like posting in chats/teams or creating Tasks, Events, and Meetings depending on data received from another source (a new email, data from a list, A button being pressed in a Power App etc.). This would allow more integration and build more reasons to use Ring Central Apps when already setup in the Microsoft Space

Job Title Being Displayed in Contacts
I am messaging to see if in a future update, it would be possible to list the Job Title of an individual in the Contact Display of RingCentral. I have a screenshot of the area that I'm looking to see if it can be added.

Ability to disable Ringout Feature for users
Customer have asked for the ability to disable RINGOUT for users who users cannot ask the system to call their mobile first before making the call. This is to ensure certain users are using the system as customer see as "Proper" and "Unnessasary"

List all phone queues for a specific person
As an administrator , I often get requests to find out what queue multiple staff are in. We have 162 queues and 969 staff so there is no easy way to gather this information.

Force Audio Announcement to Join Conference
Currently, the "announcement before joining" feature of Ring Central Conference is broken in the sense that there does not have to be any actual audio recorded for it to still then connect the participant to the Conference. This is a HIPAA concern, especially since my organization is in the healthcare sector and we use Ring Central Conferencing daily.
