  1. I have several RingCentral users in a Tech Support call queue that make frequent use of Outlook calendar meetings and Cisco Webex for remote support assistance. They are all members of a simultaneous Ringcentral call queue for tech support. If they are using Webex for a meeting, including that product's built in voice capabilities, they are currently getting calls from the tech support queue because the RingCentral app does not alter its user status to Busy/DoNotDisturb to match that of Outlook's user status.   2. Support informed me that there's zero way even as a super admin to delete a post made by an app integartion into the messaging app. We use Zapier to post news article links into a News team channel. Despite being the super admin and the one who set up the integration and whos account it authenticates with, I am unable to remove any posts by the app.

  3. In Classic RC, you could use [code] and everything after it would be monospaced. In New RC, it only works when you have the closing [/code] tag. This would be fine, except that for orgs where users are split between Classic and New users, the former don't put the closing tag on because it looks fine to them.Also, it's more convenient for users to forgo the closing tag; let us keep doing that, please.

  4. Access to certain support areas are available through this app, but you are not able to access RingCentral Support to navigate to “Support Case Online” to open or check case status from the app; unless you do it by the browser.

  5. At the moment only the main fax sender/recipient will display the company fax number on outgoing fax messages. For every other user that sends a fax, the main phone number will be displayed instead of a fax number.This is an essential feature for companies with multiple fax users, especially where a fax response is needed.

  6. Public Park has a reversion timer of 5 minutes after which it will return the call to the original person that parked the call.Private Park does not have this capability and calls can sit in that park location forever. We would like this feature to be added to the platform.

  10. When receiving a call via the mobile app a user only has the option of choosing decline or accept. Mobile phone users are used to having the option to send a SMS when you can't answer a call. Having the same function in RingCentral mobile would be great!

We want to have an option in the performance report to permanently remove a deleted user/group extension from the list, currently there is no option to do it and it's a bit annoying to do an extra step just to exclude this deleted user/group from the report, or once the user/group extension is deleted the performance report will sync the changes automatically.

  12. When I add a job title for a user through https://service.ringcentral.com/application/users/, that job title is not added or synced up with the title in the RingCentral desktop app.This would allow better admin management of the organization.

  14. The pdf of the sent faxes have the information showing fax number time sent, etc. and are good proof of a timely fax. You can get it by downloading it from the app, but it would be nice if you had the option to just have the pdf images attached to the email notifications of a successful fax. Not only would it save steps, but you could easily send just the RingCentral email as proof of the successful fax to clients for their files, etc.

With COVID and curbside checkins, it would be great if when customers arrive, they could send a text to our main number letting us know they are here and we could have that forward to multiple ringcentral extensions/numbers and receive the text on multiple computers via the RingCentral Phone app.

  16. Autocorrect for the RingCentral Desktop app (I'm on Mac). It would benefit everyone...it's the only app on I have my computer that doesn't autocorrect, which is a pain while using Glip.

  19. The RingCentral Phone app has a button where you can start an Audio Conference. It would be very useful if this button/feature were added to the RingCentral Unified app.It would also be useful to be able to manage the Audio Conference directly from the RingCentral Unified App. The admin can control the audio conference by being able to mute the callers or disconnect the caller from within the app.Would also be great if you can transfer a call into a audio conference as well and then add additional calls into the audio conference.
