  1. Phones in secure locations require the disabling of the speakerphone. Controlling the feature/function from the Admin portal would be extremely useful; especially with a large number of phones to manage.

  2. The VVX 350 Polycom desk phone does not remember the Speaker Phone volume after powering off and on againPlease configure the phone, so it remembers the Speakerphone volume.The Polycom phone does remember the Ring volume on the phone when unplugging from the power and plugged it back in.

  12. If a user dials 4-1-1 and then releasises there mistake we instantly get charged $2.75 even if the call didn't go through. I proposal that Admins shuld be able to disable this feature company wide as it's outdated and should be dropped, as 4-1-1 is obsolete.

Please add an option to forward calls in Ring Central Phone based on a monthly calendar view. ...so at a glance of a calendar month you can see which member calls will be forwarded to, and easily change it when needed. For example, see in attached how we have 3 different members (Andres, Dan & Paul) on call throughout the month of July? Please add an option to make forwarding rules based on that. Many thanks!!

IRV menus which are not changed often but when something changes like removed or change it would be nice to be able to track whom made the change or was it some system glitch (which I suspect in my case) that deleted the entries in my main number IRV. I am sure there are other things not listed in audit trail as I see when searching Ideas.

  16. I have spent countless hours on hold with Ringcentral's porting team and my cell phone company in Canada from which I am trying to port numbers into Ringcetral. Ringcentral's MVP package looks awesome and I've got it all set up on my end, just waiting for my numbers to be ported. Problem is, even though I've done everything right, and even though my cell phone company has done everything right, attempt after attempt fails. Ringcentral sends the same (poorly written) template email every time, stating that the failure happened because I didn't respond to the authorization text messages fast enough.…

  17. It would be helpful if the mobile app showed what extension picked up what call. Currently, when the same line rings simultaneously and one extension picks it up, it shows up as a missed call on all other extensions. I would like it if the desktop app, mobile app, and even the desktop phone showed who picked up what call instead of how it currently says missed call.

  18. Callers should have the option to be able to route through a IVR and press 0 to then be routed to an call queue. If the agents don't pick up in a certain time then the call gets sent back to the IVR where the caller can then press 0 and be sent back into the call queue.When callers dial a company number, that call is sent to an auto-receptionist, they are then routed through a custom rule to the ring group, if an operator doesn't answer the call within 25 seconds then the call is routed back to auto-receptionist.…

  19. While working remotely or in different offices, when receiving new calls, we individually add a new contact name, number and email. Yet this is not shared to the other users on our team. We were informed the procedure is to export and then import regularly, and then repeat to/from each team member? This is very time consuming and inefficient.
