  2. The customer would like the Shared line to be added on the Call Handling of a User Extension. Once the Main Company number is dialed when a user extension has been selected they want to be able to include the Shared line on the Call Handling of a user extension to ring which is currently not working.

  3. Live Report Licenses currently do not allow for licenses to be assigned in bulk. Ideally a license would be assigned as a function of the user Role assignment. This would include the application of user templates with the license assignment enabled.

  5. Looking to accomplish what can already be done today when creating ad-hoc conference calls via physical IP phones. The host can drop off of the conference call and the 2 far-end callers can continue to communicate.

  7. Currently, if a user needs a standard MVP license and uses a desk phone, they MUST have a DID assigned. There are many use cases where you may want to assign a desk phone to a user without using a number from the inventory. This is currently causing a lot of problems in my organization.I've heard it was previously possible to assign a desk phone without using a DID. I'd like to bring that feature back.

  10. Customer is having an issue distinguishing the incoming calls for both RingCentral application and external number. The incoming call display screen looks exactly the same. It would be best to have the option to change the Incoming call screen display so that our valued customer will be able to determine where the call is coming in.

  11. Expected Behavior:
    - Partner wanting to have a set up from the RingCentral Teams (Glip Group) have an option of allowing guest users to add members

    Current Behavior:
    - Only Admin of the RingCentral teams have option to add new members
    - Guest are only able to view the Teams settings but no option to make changes

    Steps to replicate
    1. Login to RingCentral app
    2. Select a Team(Glip Group)
    3. Select 3 vertical dots > View Profile
    4. Team Admin Settings

    Request is to have option to allow guest members to be able to add new members and select

  13. I generally find that there is a lot of padding around each message, wasting a lot of vertical space on the screen. This padding doesn't seem to decrease when I zoom out, only the font size decreases.

  18. There needs to be a date & time stamp on the Ring Central Call Log IN THE PHONE TAB. . it shows how long the call was - but there is no date or time of the call listed on the call page .

  20. Currently when someone is monitoring an extension through call presence, they see the calls coming in, and they can answer these phone calls. Unfortunately, if the the user misses the call that they are monitoring, it will not show in the phone log. It will only show the calls that have been answered through call presence. This makes no sense. Any call that comes through the presence should show on the users that are monitoring the extension.
