  3. On the Admin Portal for Paging Group when they selected all device under Device to Receive Page he system give them an Alert
    You've reached the limit of 25 paging devices. To add new device to the group please deselect one of the already added devices first.They would like to have up to 65 Paging Devices added on Device to Receive Page.

  14. We need a Department Voicemail Box that can be set for the Call Queue , that would enable Call Queue Members to access it thru Apps.Once the voicemail was accessed by one of the members, it will automatically be exported to the Members Inbox so that it cannot be touched anymore by other Members hence avoiding multiple callbacks to the callers.

  20. It would be nice if recorded calls and voicemails can be saved as text, and then made searchable. For example, if I remember talking with a customer about certain issues, I can search up the key word(s), and find the call or voicemail where that word(s) were mentioned. This also allows me to search swear words (if any were used), mention of competition, prices, etc - allows for much better quality control of my company's communication with customers.
