  1. We can create a group SMS and it will show as sent as a group text . However, when a Tmobile number replies to the sent SMS to the group, we receive the response in an individual conversation. We cannot currenly send goups texts to Tmobile users. This happens in RC Phone and the RC Web/desktop app. Please advise!

  6. We found in RC's site a PowerShell script to uninstall all RC apps from our devices, however, we are experiencing some difficulties pushing the script with GPO and Intune. We would like some help from a RC engineer and provide us a better understanding of what we might be doing wrong and/or if such script is compatible or not with Intune and GPO.

  9. Why is it useful? - To have an organized way of submitting and tracking support cases and to see the volume of the affected users on the account. Who would benefit from it? - RingCentral, IT supports, Super Admin.- Eliminates multiple duplicated cases by different non-Super Admin users. How should it work? - It can be added as role permission. This should be disabled by default for Standard users. Or can be a permission modifiable for custom roles.

  10. This would be very helpful to me and other companies to pinpoint specific team member/department phone conversations. A time-length customization filter would allow targeting of VMs left, introductory prospecting calls, and help to understand what time length is a meaningful conversation for departments and team members.

  12. Feature Request : Call Using F6 Hotkey - For BT Accounts Details : Need to have the feature Call Using F6 Hotkey available on the BT Cloud Work Desktop application. Significance of the feature : Customer claims he had it used it for a day and loved it. It made everything convenient for all the users to dial out. Current behavior : The feature was seen and enabled on the BT Cloud Work Desktop app then its now gone. Brand : BT Business

Customer is requesting to have a feature that outbound calls coming from user that is part of a call queue and uses the call queue number as the caller outbound ID to be recorded as call queue call same with paging groups. As of now, calls made by the user that is part of the call queue is recorded as a user

  15. Why would contacts be being saved on an iPhone titled "via RingCentral"? All of these contacts appeared and were not created by the iPhone's owner. Every one of them is the owner's assigned RingCentral number. It would be best if we had the option hide company contacts when using the mobile app

  18. We have users that remove themselves from the call queue when they go on break, but then forget to put themselves back in. Even if we could select the time limit that they can take themselves out of queue, so that they would automatically go back in queue after 15 minutes. Select 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

  20. . We want a feature wherein the voicemail greeting that the caller heard on the call or before they left a voicemail should be included on the actual voicemail left.
