  1. Not sure if this exists now, but it would be extremely useful if we were able to program buttons (Line Keys) on the physical phones to be able to transfer calls to groups/queues.

It is beyond frustrating to switch desk phones between users in RC admin portal, especially if the user needs to switch to an unassigned phone.Please, add a dropdown under the user which allows you to select the phone assigned. Put the same dropdown under the phone itself to select an assigned user. This way it is intuitive.And please stop putting us through the order process to 'order' a phone I already own and charge me for a new line I don't need. This complicates the whole process and is unnecessary.

  4. Bail bond agents bail software. Clients are sent a text message with a link to make a payment with their Credit Card. And agree to payment similar to a Credit Card Authorization form, Client recives a link to make a payment for their Bail Bond. Software is Captira

  5. EE has already dropped IPV4 and other networks will be dropping it soon, so it is quite important to know when RingCentral will be updating it to IPV6 otherwise it will stop working soon. My phone is on EE and I can't use the Ringcentral App or my laptop when connecting to my phone's hotspot working remotely because outdated IPV4 is no longer supported and other internet providers will be doing the same soon.

It would be nice to be able to have a contact list that is available to all employees so that when a customer calls, their information shows on the screen or so that when an employee would like to call a customer, they have access to their contact information. It seems the work-around for it right now is for the person that creates the contact to either export that contact and send it to all employees for them to import or email the contact info to all employees.   8. When sending a fax, although there are the fields of To, Company & Phone No., there appears to be no way to add that informaiton of the Fax Coversheet. Yet it asks for the fax number and which coversheet you want to use, along with being able to add a note, but nowhere does it allow you to add the recepient's name, company name or phone number you are sending the fax to, or the company name or phone number. I find that so odd since the To and Company are primary in any fax coversheet.

When me or one another OR multiple team members are having a voice call - To add/switch to Screen Share is very very very cumbersome and frustrating.It sends a message to the other users to join a meeting while I am already logged onto the meeting automatically (which is good), others have no clue or have to dig through their messages to find the message. Whereas to add screen share to existing call or users OR adding a user to the existing lot of users should be very seamless.We come from microsoft teams and miss this feature so much!!!!Developers and…

  15. The 'Busy' or 'Do not disturb' options only really work when you have a scheduled call. Often, if I receive an unexpected call, I do not use these options. If another call then comes in while I am on the first call, it rings loudly in my ears (I use earbuds through my laptop) and can cause a loss of concentration as I manually divert the second call. Surely RingCentral should be able to determine you are already on a call and divert it to voicemail automatically.

  16. When a user create a folder to house multiple teams I would like to see functionality added to mark unread chat messages across multiple/all teams under that folder as read simultaneously. This would be useful to customer users who are members of many teams, have organized those teams in folders, but would like to clear the indicator number of unread messages in that folder quickly. Ideally this function would be added to folder's options which are currently only Edit Folder and Delete Folder.

  19. We would like to have a way to get an export of all pick up groups (and the members within) into a spreadsheet. The feature should work the same as the ‘Download user list’ under ‘Users with extensions’. This would be useful to clearly see all groups and members without having to opening multiple tabs.

To reduce the frustration of dragging and dropping, maybe have it so the hard coded order number could be modified with a checkbox setting or something that allows the user to enter 1, 2, 3, etc. manually to customize the order. If you have more than 2 devices to ring to, it creates a little frustration with dragging and dropping these individual numbers.
