Better options for access to queue mailboxes when HIPAA restrictions are enabled
When HIPAA is enabled, the functionality of receiving VM, Fax and text as attachments to the notification email is disabled. It would be great if there was a method to deal with this loss of functionality. A couple of suggestions:-Send email notifications fully encrypted so not a violation of HIPAAor- Allow TLS partner connections for encrypted email tunnels

Would like to be able to add an external fax# as the Return Fax# for fax Cover Pages. We use it for sending faxes ONLY.

Dial a call queue from a button
At times we have staff that call department queues. We can't pick a queue from the telephone presence selections, so we need to create an extension that forwards to that queue as a work around. It would be nice to be able to just select a queue as a button option. It would also be nice to be able to use "Call Monitoring" and "Pickup" buttons in the same way. For now we need to program those on the individual phones, and then have a custom template applied to the phone using both presense and manually programmed buttons on the…

Change inbound caller id NUMBER format
Give the customer the ability to change the way an inbound number appears. For instance we currently had a customer integrate their fax server and previously the inbound number was formatted like this: 239/123-4567. Now when they get a fax, the inbound number shows up like this: +12391234567 and this is causing then to have to reprogram their fax server.

Copy and paste number
I noticed that the app has a copy-and-paste feature for phone numbers. Could you add this feature to all menus that display numbers, including the outgoing call menu? Also, please keep us informed of any app updates.

Microsoft Teams connection to truly follow the calendar
To have Microsoft connection to truly follow the calendar so that when in a meeting it will auto go to a do not disturb and then back to available when out of the meeting. Another nice item would be if it follows the MS Teams so if you are on a general call (it goes red) that it would do the same.

Add wait time setting before sending to Overflow Members / Queue
We really like the idea of calls rolling from a primary queue to an Overflow Members queue, however, we don't want calls to roll immediately to the Overflow. We would like to only use them if a call holds for a few moments first. This would minimize disruptions to the Overflow Members.

Guest contact Management
Right now guest contacts applies to entire account, it would be great to have option to just add it to one extension. Like a toggle that can be turned on for some ext. Some user wants to put a different name or customize the contact and making it apply to all is limiting them to do that.

Search Contacts by Nickname, Custom ID or Practically Any Field
Currently in RingCentral phone app, contacts are searchable only by First Name, Last Name or Phone number. Contacts should be searchable by any populated field. We would appreciate if contacts were searchable by at least Nickname or a custom ID (example employee number or customer number), I'm sure this will be very helpful for other customers too. RC - Please implement it asap.Others - Please vote and comment. If you have raised a similar idea, please provide reference to that so that RC can merge all ideas and imeplement them.
