Be able to see who picked the call on an extension, while the user was absent, and see that user engaged on that call.

New User Report
A report that shows how many new users were added to the account in a specified time period, as well as which site each user was added to would be helpful. Right now, you have to comb through the Billing Menu and the Audit Trail to get the information that you're looking for. It would be most helpful to have this in one report.

Add Team Members in-bulk in Glip/RC App
This would be useful in way so that when client creates a Group or Team in RC App Messaging, they won't have to type the users email one by one. Would be good to if adding the members that are already within their company is via check box

"Reply" function for all messages on Glip
It would be great to have the option of replying to any message on Glip and starting a sub-thread. Right now, the only option is to reply to tasks or to quote a message and use that as a way to reply. Having the option of creating sub-threads would clean up the chat a bit and would also help to keep all pertinent messages together so that we don't have to go scrolling through to find all the pieces.

Add an option to keep RingCentral App in Front of all windows
Users are using virtual desktop on all screens which pushes the RingCentral app behind the VDI. They would like an option to keep the RingCentral App in the foreground, in front of all open windows, so that they do not have to minimize or Alt + Tab to use the RingCentral App

Customize messaging notifications by time/day
Our office does on-call in the evenings and weekends. I don't want to get a notification for every text/vm/fax, etc during office hours when users are at work. I only want text notifications during specific periods of time.

See what users are a part of Call Queues
From an admin perspective, it would be nice if I could see what call queues a user is a part of. Right now, if I download the entire user spreadsheet, I can see what groups they are in when I open the excel spreadsheet but I don't want to have to do that every time I need to check on someone. It would be much faster if I could see it under the users profile.

Send all calls to voicemail except when the caller is in my Contacts folder
The spam calls about renewing auto insurance in particular are getting out of hand. On my cell phones, I can send all calls to voicemail except when the caller is in my Contacts folder. It would be nice if Ring Central could do this too.

Allow Desk phone to still answer calls regardless of call queue setting in app
We have a small business where all employees are in one small office. When a technichian is out in the field, they do not want to answer call queue calls. However, we still want to be able to answer their deskphone as a part of the call queue. We want the deskphone to ring for all queue calls, and the mobile app to ring for direct calls only.

It would be nice if your team message platform showed the messages I send on the right hand side, and the other messages on the left hand side. just like iMessage. this helps make the conversation, and who is saying what, easier to follow.

Add preview of the beginning of recent SMS messages like the old app used to have
On the old desktop/browser app, you could see a snippet of the beginning message of the most recent sms messages & you could scroll down to see older messages. When we had to switch to the new desktop/browser app, that feature went away & now we can only scroll through the phone numbers of the recent recipients & have to click on each specific # to see the message. Allow 2 or more expansion modules
Polycom's limit is up to 3 expansion module. Please allow this to work with RC account as well.Customer's verbatim: Contacts are not spreading out to all expansion modules attached to the desk phone.Our receptionist has a Polycom VVX410 with 3 expansion modules attached. The expansion modules are receiving power and the onboard phone setting recognize the 3 connected modules. Account Wide Anonymous Caller Rejection
We've been getting a ton of spam calls that have their caller ID blocked, so there's no way to reject those calls. I think having a global (account-wide) anonymous caller rejection is a great option.

Allow custom rules to be forwarded to a short number
The ability to create a custom rule to forward calls to a short number that requires a hash at the end. To ring some numbers I have to put a # at the end of the number for it to ring, I can't create a custom rule to forward calls to a short number as the # won't save.
