Filter download user list
Would like to be able to filter the download user list by Role, Site, Status, and Department before downloading the list. This is beneficial for my company that has over 3000 users and more than 50 site. The download user list should only download what has already been filtered under the users with extensions or download all users.

To have the option of putting the extension number of the recipient when sending a fax message externally
There are fax recipients that do not have direct numbers so it would be helpful if an option to put their extension number will be available when sending externally.

I want to know if the host can see who is on the conference call. what numbers are on the call while the call is going on
I would like the ability to see who is on a conf call! and disconnect calls if they shouldn't be on the call. I see when you add a call on the conference call you see the number before you merge them into the conf call

Stop Queue Call from Ringing on Offline Users!
I have discovered that Call Queue calls will arrive to members who are Offline (Offline being laptop shut down, or user not logged into a computer).On our busiest call Queue which is setup as Rotating, the calls are arriving to offline members and then ringing out on it’s maximum wait time, and then moving onto the next offline person. Outlook Contact Sync with Subfolders
Currently, when syncing the RingCentral App with Office365 Contacts, the only contacts that are pulled are from the primary contacts folder, not the subfolders that a user may have created.It would be useful to eitherProvide for the ability to choose subfolders to sync with from the RingCentral AppJust recursively look in the subfolders and sync everything within RingCentral.

DND Status Available To Other Users
A feature allowing other employees/managers to see when a user has their phone on DND. This would allow us to keep track of employees during there work hours and also a way for employees to know when someone is unavailable.

contact sync with desktop handset
It would be a very welcome feature add to have contacts sync with desktop handsets. Currently, when people call, I only see the phone number on the handset display. I have to run a search in my outlook contacts to see if the caller is known.My only options to solve this are to periodically export my entire contact list to a csv, then do a batch upload to my device (a Yealink T46S). Contacts should sync through the ringcentral app. Seems like it shouldn't be that hard. Can you make this happen?

Pin the left hand column on the display
"Pin" the left-hand column of my users on the phone display to always appear even when on an active call. Many times, I transfer calls to one of these users so it would be beneficial to just "touch" their name on the display verses having to dial their extension.

Play Call Recording Announcement for Outbound Calls
Being a healthcare facility and having to adhere to HIPAA guidelines, we were excited to see RC have an option to automatically announce calls were being recorded when we call our patients, however, this is causing huge issues as when we dial out to an external number, we on our end hear our recording that states the call is being recorded and if we wish to not be on a recorded line to hang up. Ability to send SMS via gateway
Service Providers that use software to send texts and mms. Other softwares have selectable providers like Verizon, Sprint, Tmobile,ATT etc. for example, Verizon is vtext.com. example 4075551212@vtext.com. Something like sending a fax to 4075551212@rcfax.com, to have a rctext.com or rcmms.com would be great. (But how could you charge for it to the sender lol. Probably why its not a feature to consider!
