Show Reference Button
A "Show Reference" Button would be a button that would show where any user is referenced. Weather that be in a call queue or if another user is routing their extension to the user in question.

Analytics-data around call that were specifically avoided when it rang the agent.
I'm trying to find or create a report that will easily let me see how many calls a given agent did not accept from the queue. I know there are different tags such as Refused, Not Answered, Abandoned, but I'm specifically looking for data around call that were specifically avoided when it rang the agent.

Allow phone numbers separated by periods
Up until the most recent update, phone numbers separated by period could be dialed in the RC Phone app. Now when trying to dial these numbers, there is just an error message stating that the number is invalid.

Improve Message Functionality
I couldn't find any ideas related to improving the Message section. While I understand it may not be a priority for RingCentral, why not consider creating a RingCentral app to compete with messaging platforms like Telegram or Slack, specifically designed for business purposes?In my company, we have both office users (30 of them with MVP licenses) and field users (70 contractors with Video Pro accounts) who mainly use messaging for communication. Ability to see RingCentral user directory in Dynamics 365 RC App
We have integrated RingCentral with Dynamics 365 so our team members can answer calls directly inside Dynamics 365. When using the RingCentral app to transfer a call internally we can search anyone in the RingCentral directory. Unfortunately, we cannot do this when transferring a call while using the RingCentral app inside Dynamics 365. It only allows us to see personal contacts or contacts that are inside Dynamics 365. It would be awesome if we could see the RingCentral directory while using the app inside Dynamics 365. Right now we have to do a manual import of all data each day…

Customer requested a settings that will allow the super admin to swap the number directly from one extension to other extension with out...
... using the inventory and delete extension option. When selecting the user extension under devices and numbers, there should be an option or a button that says "swap number" and will have an option to select an extension number to swap the number.. Calling in number and its voicemail number be left anonymous
For MVP plans, we want a feature wherein once someone left a voicemail, it will not show the details of the caller. For Message-Only Extension it should not show as well the phone numbers that the caller dialed

The actual contract and notification of contract renewal should be available in the Admin Portal for customer's reference
Some customers are unaware that they are under a contract or the contract was auto-renewed. Having the soft copy or documentation in the Admin Portal will be helpful to both the customer and RingCentral support.

Stop the help bubbles
Please add an option to stop the help bubbles in the PC app. I know how to use the app and would like to not click on more things to click out of a bubble telling me where to go to make a call.

REINSTATE THE NUMPAD ENTER KEY WHEN DIALING
Before the end of September 2022, the enter key of the NUMPAD used to work when dialing on the RING Central Desktop app. For example, you dial the number on the dial pad and then press enter on the numpad. This is greatly effecient for many of us that make frequent calls because we would use the numpad to dial the number then enter to dial the number. Easy. Now the feature is gone, with no replacing feature. Why? There is no reason to remove it. Please reinstate it.

Incoming Caller ID Name Full Display
Customer is looking for an option for the RingCentral App to display the full name of a incoming call. As per customer it does show when they Hover their mouse cursor to the name of the caller which will have a mini window that will appear on your pointer showing the full name. Customer would like to have the information display automatically

Continuous ring for user call handling
Would like to have option for continuous ring for the user call handling instead of looping the call back and fort just to make sure the number rings until someone picks it up

park location music configured to match hold music
We are able to log in to the admin portal and edit/customize our hold music anytime, but I cannot access the ability to edit/customize our park music. I would like them to be configured to be identical so it feels more uniform to our clients.
