  1. We are a restaurant, and we recently switched over to ringcentral. We used to have with our old provider a "music on hold" which would play the music from our radio when we would place a customer on hold. The preloaded sounds are not that great, and the custom files for music are too short and it would be the same everytime.

  2. In the SMS/Missed Call/Fax messages please include the number that it was sent to. In the case of Company Message recipient its impossible to interpret who the message is intended for without signing into the app or Web admin center in some cases.

  3. Customer business process requires the Caller ID or the number of the parked calls in the HUD of the RingCentral Phone Apps.Older version shows the Caller ID in the parked calls but the latest version now shows Caller Name.

  8. When on PTO no one reads your status so you still get messages and calls causing urgent messages to be missed as person awaits response. A canned out of office response would be more efficient

  10. Previously there was a scan feature in the Ring central app that allowed you to scan directly to the app instead of just adding an attachment from your PC. It was phased out with the new update. This feature was very convenient.

  11. When recording calls, the warning message that tells the caller the call is being recorded is currently only in English. A user group would like to be able to have the recording in Spanish and/or Spanish & English combo announcement. Would also like this to be selectable on the user/group basis and not a global selection.

  12. You can create a meeting in Google Calendar with the RC app but being able to use the RC app as the primary tool for collaboration would be great and viewing Google Calendar would be essential for this.

  16. our account manager provides us with a graph that shows Toll-Free vs Local calls, this is very helpful information. It would be nice to have this accessible at the customer level, it would allow for quicker access so that we do not have to wait for a reply from the account team.

  17. We are using an exchange outlook web app that looks like everyone else, but it is private to our server and does not go thru MS365. I need to integrate the ring central scheduler on that platform now that RCM is retiring

There was an upgrade made by Ring Central and now the Ring Central mobile app has an issue because the operating system on her iphone (which is newer) isn't interfacing with the Ring Central app anymore. What this means is the voice-over feature isn't highlighting where the cursor is on the app anymore so my co worker can't use her mobile phone to receive or send calls through Ring Central anymore. This feature was working before the update was made and now the app is not accessible.

  19. Can we have the option to set up a user without a license or digital line to be able to monitor calls? The user does not need to make and receive calls. The sole purpose is to just monitor calls of other users.

  20. This would be very useful to any place that has a group of people to answer phones. For example we have 5 people that can answer anytime someone calls our office. 2 of those people only do it if others are gone from work, so it would be nice for it to not ring their phones unless they are filling in for the others. I was thinking maybe there would be a way to create a button or something to where they could mute/hop out of the call group so they dont have to hear their phones ringing all day.…
