Enable editing for "Block robocalls"
After listening to the available recording under "Block robocalls" section under the "Phone System" setup, I realized that it was not what I would like to have. Regrettably, I am not allowed to edit as I am in other areas where a recording is available. I would like to suggest the addition of editing to this as well.

Customer would like to have their old setting that once somebody called a user they can see what phone number it came from.

Capability of declining a call
This would be useful for people who make test calls on their lines to hear the voicemail. It would be great to have the option to decline where the call does not come back right away after declining it. Allowing for a different call to come in. The ignore button just stops the call for a brief second and it reappears.

Revert Site Changes
If a customer or support changes the length of the sites or the Extension numbers, can we allow the idea of this being able to be reverted? If a change is made to the extension size, a "1" will be added to all the existing extensions but if we are wanting to change this back, or it was ordered incorrectly, currently this cannot be done.

manually edit time field when creating a custom rule
Your current process requires the user to use your arrows to select the time instead of allowing the user to directly enter the time... annoying.

Ability for multiple users/extensions to use a physical phone
We're a mail order company currently using Mitel on-prem. The holiday season is very busy for us and we man our phones in multiple shifts. Would like to see the ability for a user or a users assigned extension be able to login to a phone to share the phone and workstation like we currently do with Mitel. This would greatly limit the number of workstations and space needed (which may be a limitation that stops us from proceeding with Ringcentral at our location)

add a phone without attaching it to a user.
We are adding a large number of users and phones. It would far quicker and simpler to be able to add the phones in bulk or individually on one page and the assign them to users.

Change ring volume: Ability to change ringer volume separate from the app volume (so calls don't get louder or quieter with changes)
The application allows you to adjust the volume, however that setting controls the call volume and Ringer volume. This needs to be separated into two distinct settings; Ring Volume and Call Volume. Due to the issue of call waiting not being able to be turned off, this is very necessary.

I'd like the ability to rearrange lines in Presence without having to delete the queue and add it again.

Block Text messages from specific number on company main line (non-user line)
I understand that the system will block text messages from specific numbers to a specific user phone number. However, this doesn't appear to block any numbers from the main company phone number. For example, our main line is an 888 number; all user numbers are toll numbers.

Make company extensions available for the Custom Rules caller ID settings.
At the moment I have my phone set to show the main company line when I call out, and my internal extension when I call someone in the company. Everyone in the company is set up this way. The problem is that I would like to make custom rules for the company numbers, but the custom rules doesn't allow for the entry of extensions. It seems that it only connects with my personal contacts and not with the company contacts. This is pretty annoying, and means that I either need to let my direct dial number show to the public…

Inbound SMS queues on MVP (like textel but internal)
I understand we have a gap-filler with textel, however, having this native to our solution would benefit countless customers. Additionally, we can address this need with RC CC but often that is cost prohibitive.Customers would be willing to pay for this as a feature add on (see agin the willingness to pay for textel)It could open up a new revenue stream and just about every customer leverages SMS today. Position in Queue, Estimated wait time, and Call queue caller call back feature
In order to reduce missed calls in call queues, an option for clients to push '1' for a callback but keep their place in line is needed.

Call Park without virtual number
We came from Mitel to Ring. We need the option to park a call on an extension without a virtual number. We had previously with Mitel the ability to park a call on an extension directly so the very next call they picked up would be this call and we were able to annouce the call being parked as well. Can this be an option with Ring please?

Autofill Contacts by Typing Contact Name
The previous app (RingCentral Phone) would autofill contacts if you typed the contact's name. The new RingCentral app does not do that which more or less makes it pointless to have contacts. We are a high volume medical practice and don't have the time to manually enter each contact's fax number to send documents. This seriously impedes our workflow and general ability to run our practice efficiently and communicate effectively with other practitioners relative to patient care.

No missed call notification on desk phone when call was answered by Desktop App
End-users get confused when seeing a missed call on their Polycom when the call was answered on the desktop app but it rang both endpoints. The ability to disable missed call notifications when the call was not answered on that endpoint would solve this.

Add senders number to incoming faxes
External incoming faxes only stamp on the fax as a header the fax server, date and time on incoming faxes. I would like to see incoming number added to the header. It displays on internal, MVP to MVP users see attached.

The move to option is not available on ATT Office at Hand Account.When log in onthe account UserID: 242575107 selected the Billing >> Cost Center Management>> Cost Centers Cost Center on the list. Selected Parent Cost Center Heartland AllianceClick the See details button for the complete list of Billing items.Locate the Billing Item that we want to transfer to a different Cost Center, but "Move to" is grey outThe steps is much simple when moving Billing Item to another cot center.
