Surely there is a way to hang up on a caller during a three way call.....this needs to be an added feature.

Call Forwarding Pre-Announcement
Would be so helpful if there was a pre-message that could be recorded before it forwards to the person. For example, I go on vacation, forward my calls to Deana. If the caller calls my line it says, "I am out of the office, you are being forwarded to Deana who is covering my lines until my return June 30th", then it connects the forward and goes to Deana.

QR code login from Mobile app to desktop app
It would be really cool to be able to scan a QR code on a desktop with the mobile app, and log into the desktop that way. Similar to having a hot desk phone

Send instant text (or canned text) from phone to person you are on the phone with.
This is a powerful sales tool. The user would be able to instantly text the customer information while they are in a conversation on the the cell phone. This could work also while on Ring Centrals office phones (computers). There could be canned messages saved on the system also that can be sent instantly. This is similar to cell phones now that can send a message while on a phone conversation. Google Voice - Calls started from this device's phone app.
Under the settings on Google Voice App. there is the option for Calls started from this device's phone app, allowing the user to use their Google Voice number when calling from their device's Native phone app. It allows the user to use their Google Voice number for all calls, never, or ask user before each call initiated from the user's native phone app.This would also be great if you could implement this same option into the user's native SMS app as well.

Turn off all tabs in MVP app, except for Video.
Customer is using the MS Teams Direct Routing integration (UC). They have expressed the need to have 1 streamlined platform instead of having their users on multiple platforms and products doing the same things. They would like to have their users to perform all of their IB/OB calling and internal messaging through MS Teams. However they do have a need for some of their users to utilize RCV. Sync Text messages once user move from extension to another
It will be beneficial for the users and admins to keep the history of their sms conversation, so that if they have to track on something it will easier for them to check and will not lost any important transactions happened via sms

Allow all extensions to show in the HUD and/or Extension List
We have a few telephones that are in common areas, such as in the kitchen / break room, in storage rooms, in conference rooms, etc. I don't currently see any way to add these telephones to the HUD or Extension lists inside the Ring Central (Avaya Cloud Office, in our case) app. Please add this capability.

Using an app on another device should cancel cell phone notifications
My cell phone rings when I get a call even when I'm actively using my computer and when I answer a text on the computer, the push notification remains in the notification list on my phone. I would like for my phone to only be used for notifications if I've been idle on my computer for a while (and the idle time should be customizable) and for the push notifications to be automatically removed once I've seen them on my computer.

Option to Retrieve Delete Voicemail from Deleted Extension

Ability to edit After Hours VM greeting over the phone
Currently a users only way to edit their after hours greeting is via the app or web site. Even if the after hours greeting is active a user cannot edit it by calling into the VM system - the edit always applies to the Work Hours Message.

Bring back the Silence Incoming Calls Toggle on the Mobile app for ALL users.
Up until recent updates the mobile application had a setting toggle for 'Silence Incoming Calls.' By default when first signing into the application for all users it was turned on, but could be toggled off so you would have all calls ring on the device. However, after recent updates the extensions role must have permissions (User Settings > Messages & Notifications OR Call Handling/Forwarding) allowed in order for this setting to appear. (Currently, always opens too large and way off screen, so that I am challenged to grab it and get it back to where I can use it and in moving it, it stretches super-wide. Manage hard-phone speed dials through app
I have a VVX 450 phone with VVX EM 50, which allows me to have an additional 90 speed dials.I have been told the only way to enter those 90+ speed dials is through the VVX 450 hard-phone interface. Creating each contact on the hard phone using the T9 - "First Name", "Last Name", "Contact", and "Label" (not to mention all of the other fields) is LABORIOUS. I have even tried plugging a USB keyboard into the phone, but it doesn't work to input info into the "Add Contact" fields.I can create favorites in the app, but they do not…

my company has different divisions, i am the contact for 2 of them, i would like to be able to receive my text messages through one ring central app. right now, at night, i miss the texts from one of the extensions.
