  1. Alleviate the need to maintain dial-by-name contacts in multiple places. Ensure that dial-by-name contacts are the same for callers and MVP users.

  2. I'd ike to be able to hide some accounts from the contacts list, within the RingCentral desktop app. For example, we have an account assigned to someone who hasn't started working yet. For now, I don't want them to show up within the Contact List.

    Company Directory Control enables admins to take control of the company contacts shown on employees' clients.   4. Signing onto the Support.ringcentral.com site to get anything done is a true hassle. You go to the site, click the link to log in, then when you click on the My Cases link, you are told "It looks like you're not logged in" and you have to log in again. Then, once you are viewing your case list, when you click on a case to view that case, you are again told "It looks like you're not logged in" and you have to log in FOR A THIRD TIME!   9. Currently, we can see who everyone in the company is talking to, for how long, etc. We do NOT want that available to most of the team as we deem it a privacy issue.

  10. It would be great to be able to assign/forward/make notes on a specific voicemail so that once you listen to it, you can tie an action item/team member/date/task to the actual voicemail. Currently adding tasks/messages/notes among team members seems confusing. Sometimes they only belong to you, other places they go to the team, but there is no way to follow up with a specific VM or client.

  12. After this recent upgrade over the past week (October 13, 2021), the Desktop version lost the ability to see your upcoming meetings beyond 3 days. I often schedule meetings well in advance and like to see them on the internal RingCentral application list versus being forced to go out of the app to the RingCentral Webpage to see future meeting schedules. I do not know why they discontinued having the upcoming meetings on the list.

  15. We have 2 virtual numbers we have parked so we can get any possible calls from those lines we no longer advertise. However they are visible to users to use them as a line to make an outbound calls with all the apps with RingCentral. We do not want these lines to be visible at all.We would like an option to mark them to be ion bound only and not selectable for outbound. They are tied to the main IVR.

  16. I would like the feature to be able to search a user or extension to see if it is associated with a Call Queue or IVR. This would help in the event if we deploy a spare phone that is associated to an unknown Call Queue.

  18. On the RC phone app, while on an active call, when you hover over a user under the HUD, the Transfer and Add feature works under the HUD feature. You're able to transfer a call to another user and add another person to the call. However, on the RC app, the transfer feature in the HUD is not available. While on an active call, when you hover over a user under the HUD, there is only a phone icon that calls the user. The Transfer and Add option is on the dial pad itself, and you would need to type…

Preserve Ring Central Fax subject on the Fax sent receipt email.When users send many faxes a day they would find it useful to have the subject sent with the fax to be included in the subject heading on the fax receipt. Then they know if the fax to a particular client has been sent (or failed) without having to look up the fax number and cross reference with the client name.Thanks,Chris

  20. In the new RC, anytime you enter 1. it starts to autonumber.I can see how this might be useful, however its incredibly aggravating to turn off or disable when you don't want it. I haven't found an easy way to do this. Regardless, its a HUGE struggle when you're trying to type something that ISN'T a list, but Glip is insisting it is a list.Can you please make this easier to turn off?Or maybe assume that if something is preceded with [code], I'm not going to want to auto-number?
