  1. It would be very useful to be able to send a recorded voicemail directly to another team member's voicemail within our organization right from the mobile app while retrieving the client's message.

Whenever we schedule a meeting using RCV plugin in Outlook on an existing email thread, the invite is being added on the thread, however, it is placed at the bottom of the thread instead of the top. This causes issues because although the recipients can see the link they are not able to see the other invite details right away like the dial-in number. This issue is not happening when scheduling a meeting using the RCM plugin in Outlook. When we use RCM plugin and schedule a meeting the invite is already on top of the email thread.

  3. I would like to be able to print automatically from the RingCentral Unified App. This is possible in the RC Phone Desktop App, but not in the RC Unified App.

  4. One of my customers would like the ability to customize the system-generated email notifications that are sent to users when they receive a voicemail or fax or SMS message. Ideally, they could customize the branding and remove the RingCentral advertising and footer information.

My customer uses a 7 digit ticketing number system for their IT department helpdesk and when Ticket numbers are being sent via Message in our Unified app, the ticket numbers are getting converted to Phone number call hyperlinks. This is an issue as they want to prevent our app from converting 7 digits to launch a phone call as they want to be able to highlight and copy the number to search in their internal ticket system data base. Can we make it an option to turn off 7 digit auto link to phone numbers or disable all together?

  6. Forward the call to another user when direct number of user was dialed. Currently it is working on call queue calls not on direct extension calling.

  9. I have used Zipwhip for several years, they have a very convenient feature that allows a draft SMS to be saved and sent later.This feature does not exist in RingCentral, I have talked with support several times.Thanks.

  10. RingCentral accounts are either charged monthly thru the credit card or invoice. Some contract allows for an annual or 2 years charge but nothing beyond or in between. Some people would just like to pay in advance less or more than the options available today.Example: pay 6 months or 18 months in advance after the next billing date.Would be better if RingCentral is flexible with the payment terms.

  13. The customer service quality is awful and a waste of the customer's time. I'm not sure if it's a lack of training, the representatives are not trained enough on how the platform works or have hard time understand language. It could be a language barrier. Either way, it makes the situation hard in attempt to solve the problem because being on the phone is hard enough. It sounds like they outsource their customer service to other countries without the proper training to provide them, Either way, it is frustrating attempting to get a hold of Ringcentral. For longer and more complex notes it becomes an issue that to read or change a note that it covers the entirety of the desktop app.Allowing it to pop out to a separate window would allow users to reference information sent in messages more easily as well as check and respond to incoming messages without having to save and close the note frequently or work with other text editing apps as intermediaries between RingCentral messages and RingCentral notes.

  17. I would love it if I could receive toast banner notifications alerting me to new incoming message(s) (eg. direct, minitalk, or messages posted to a team). Currently it appears I can only get sound notifications, emails that show up at a 15 minute increment or a getting the Icon to bounce. I currently have my icon set to bounce once. Often times I miss that clue if I turn my head away too long from my screen.   20. There are moments that we need to send message to whole congregation through email, text, and voicemail. If I could use ringcentral to send a prerecorded message would help greatly.
