  2. I have been searching high and low. We have Acuity and there is only a Zapier type of thing but it doesn't do anything to help. This is HUGE Zoom integrate with all Calendar apps.

  4. We Really need to have better Call Routing Via the IVR Auto Receptionist. Add a Timeout and Destination including Extensions and Queues. Today a call into the IVR plays 3 times before getting a limited choice of moving the call. Quite Frankly that's terrible. Call Routing should allow for calls to be sent to an IVR and immediately or after xx go somewhere else. So you could play a greeting then send the caller somewhere or play no greeting and have the call redirected right away.

  5. ...to toggle over to the Messages tab.. While on the phone tab on ring central application it would be nice to see if my other team members are on the phone, instead of having to toggle over to the Messages tab

  6. Periodically, we have a need to transfer to an internal employee's cell phone, or secondary phone number. It would be great to add those additional lines to the saved contacts. Please add this feature!

  8. In the "All Calls" section, having a transferred calls section would be helpful. I answer incoming calls. Knowing what I have done with that call would be nice. I have to keep a monthly call log on paper as to who I transferred it to, if I hung up because it was a dead or sales call, wrong number, etc. In a perfect world I could type in an extension and see how many calls I transferred to that particular extension.

  10. LPL needs to be able to define RCV recording capabilities on a per role base. For the majority of their users, they need to have it shut off because they are in the FinServ sector.

  11. It's very aggravating not having a quick shortcut on the left sidebar area to access "Messages", and/or being unable to set my startup landing page to our Team Chat group. This would definitely benefit the app and it's users; not having to navigate every time they want to toggle between pages or open the app each day.

  13. Ability to setup rules as a company or user that would dynamically change the outbound caller ID based upon the area code being called. Ex. If you have a 972 area code and 469 area code as a company number, if you call someone with a 972 area code your caller ID would show your 972 phone number on the caller ID. If you dial a 469 area code your outbound caller id would show your 469 phone number. If you dial an area code without a rule setup, your default caller id would show.

  14. When sending a fax through the RC app there is only an option for the sender's fax number, cover page, note and attachment. There isn't an option for the recipient's To, Company and Phone. If you want to add this info you need to add it to the Notes section at the bottom of the cover page which doesn't look as professional.

  15. The latest version of RC does no longer allows conversation streams to be viewed in ascending or descending order. This feature needs to be added back in with the next app update.

  16. My French client would like to dial 4 digits with the area code : For example, he wants to call 3436, he will dial +33 3436.Or adding this number to an extension within the account, and allow the call with this extension.

  18. Teams requires only 3 network rules to completely control all aspects of Teams Voice and Audio traffic. RingCentral requires 18 service entries and 44 separate CIDR block entries. This is very Frankenstein, please consider consolidating your services. It is very error prone due to the vas number of rules needed as well as enormously time consuming to implement.

  20. Subscribers that have relationship with Google or a third-party using Google for advertising purposes been having call forwarding issue. Subscribers need to reach back to their advertising vendor or Google directly to disable call forwarding rule.
