  1. When voicemails are left on call queue lines, the only way for call queue members to view the message is by being granted manager access on the queues. This would also give them permission to edit members of a call queue. There needs to be a call queue voicemail box where the messages go so that everyone can view them and hear them, but that does not require any kind of special admin or manager setting for the call queue members.

  3. When using the Mobile app and on a call.. A new CELLULAR call comes in on same device, during the call using the app, the call is interrupted by ringing from the cell call. Would be a benifit to Mute the new Cellular call or limit its number of rings (akin to call waiting)

  5. It would be very useful to have access to additional log details when troubleshooting problems like faxes failing. Right now the only details are generic entries like Receive Error, Partial Receive and Unknown. I have to open a ticket with RingCentral support to find out the details from the internal logs that only support has access to view.

  7. You should ad a button to the Admin console that allows us to export user information such as the phone number and name and extension assigned to the user

  9. Right now it's hard to scroll through conversations with the mouse or laptop mouse pad. Normally this is something in other apps that you can use the down button, but for this it does not work.

  10. Teams, Voice, Phone, and all of my other audio apps can interface with my car's built-in UConnect audio system, but not RingCentral.It would be really neat if RingCentral added this support so I don't have to take RingCentral calls on speaker.

  12. When a number is reaching an IVR that does not have a prompt defined, the caller will hear a "technical issue" message. This can cause panic as the customer/caller does not know what the issue is. It would be more useful for the caller to hear something like "you've reached an IVR that has not been configured".

When a staff member leaves and is replaced, the new person is assigned their predecessor's phone number and therefore inherits the old user's app settings, chat history, profile picture, etc. I would like an option for the admin to wipe the account clean before reassigning it. If possible, it would also be useful to have a way to archive any important items before wiping the account.

  14. Customer is looking for the option to Separate Messages and Notification in User Settings when Creating Custom Role. Customer want their end users have access to the Message > for custom voicemail greeting but disable access to the notification.

  16. When i am in a message and I use CTRL Z it seems to keep the data in the buffer and it if you go to another user that info is retained and if you do another CTRL Z that data appears. How can you fix this so the data does not travel from person to person.

  18. In the RingCentral Salesforce integration, we can only send SMS messages to contacts. If you add more than one destination phone number, the system sends the message as individual SMS'. Instead, we would like a group message to be created. This is possible in the RC mobile and desktop apps.

  20. I would like to show the address in the contact profile. We have the office 365 contacts connected and in outlook we have the address listed but when you look in the ringcentral profile, it is only showing the mobile number, email and department. Can we change what shows? Can we have just the primary email show and not all three that are attached to the account?
