  1. We have been paying another company ZipWhip to handle texts for us because RingCentral doesn't do Auto Replies (vacation, message received will reply soon etc). We also use scheduled reminder texts and Ring doesn't do that either. Lastly, templates. I don't see a place to save templates to reply with. It sure would be nice if we didn't have to pay two companies instead of one to handle texting and voice calls since we only get a couple of calls a day, but probably 30 text messages.   5. If you attempt to de-queue a call off of a call queue, and the person doing so is not a pickup member of the queue, then the platform will return a 403 error (which is by design). However, this is an error state easily avoided if developers has a way to determine whether someone is a pickup member of a queue. Therefore, we need an API we could query for this information.

  6. For the IVR widget we can see live calls being in the dashboard but we can not click into the IVR to see the UII and the routing it takes. I think it would be beneficial to see the routing of a call in the IVR widget like how you can see on the other widgets. This way we can see if a call comes in where the call routed to and see where the calls get stuck at and possibly add in at which node.

  7. You should be able to create a task in a ringcentral team and have it appear in the google calendar. For example, if there is a team called "daily tasks" it would create a "daily tasks" google calendar and any tasks assigned through ringcentral in that team would also appear in google. Or if there is already a calendar created in google, be able to connect it to a new or existing ringcentral team.

  8. It is rather a pain having to change the voice mail message when out of the office and then have to change it back to the daily message when returning to the office. It would be great to have the option to have 2 message recordings, one for daily message and one for when out of office and just simply and quickly change the message back to the daily recording. The default recording in the app is not usable as it does not meet the requirements that our management wants in our messages. Would be great if we could change…

Users who click the "Open plugin" button are redirected to a website (https://teams.ringcentral.com/assets/tab/rc/_beta/plugin-download.html?locale=en-US#/) where the most predominant button is the "download" button. The website should instead try to detect and launch the plugin, and if it is not detected, then offer to download and install the plugin.Citrix already does this with Citrix Reciever, so there's no reason that RingCentral couldn't adopt this.Alternatively, RingCentral could make the "Launch" button the predominant button and make the "Download" button smaller.The EXE installer should detect the presence of the MSI and not allow installation to continue. In the RingCentral desktop, we have the option to share voicemails which apparently is non-feature while using the Teams app. The only option we have is to "Download" but I feel that the extra steps to export and import a file as opposed to sharing the voicemail to someone within the company can be felt on our productivity.

  16. For web telephony integrations including Hubspot, users do not have a way to view the multimedia attachment sent via MMS and as a workaround will have to open the message view the RingCentral app.

    It would be great if MMS support has been added soon for users to stick to one app (Hubspot) at a time especially for companies that rely on the MMS feature to send media.

  18. In the CTI, whenever a user gets a call from the call queue, they see the call queue name as opposed to the caller ID (which is a direct reflection of the setting followed by the RC app).

    Most would prefer to have the caller ID set since so it will be easier for them to associate the call inside of Salesforce.

  20. I’d like to suggest a new feature for the RingCentral integration with Microsoft Outlook. It would be incredibly helpful if users could manage their call forwarding settings directly within the Outlook interface.

    Right now, managing call forwarding requires switching back and forth between RingCentral and Outlook, which can disrupt workflow. If we could set up and adjust call forwarding settings right from Outlook, it would make the process much easier and more efficient.

    The idea is to have an intuitive interface for call forwarding settings within the RingCentral tab in Outlook, similar to what’s available in the RingCentral app. It…
