Permit Retroactive Archiving of Data in the Archiver
I assumed the Archiver would permit me to save the past 90 days of data residing in RingCentral. This does not appear to be the case, though. The Archiver only allows me to save data going forward. So I must watch helplessly as my last 90 days of SMS messages disappear. I can save a lifetime of SMS/MMMS in my cell phone for no additional cost. I have to pay RingCentral extra to save the same type of data in THIRD PARTY CLOUD STORAGE.When I originally signed up for RingCentral, I had no idea of the minimal data retention limitations.…

MS Teams integration cannot search keywords in SMS & phone directory excludes phone numbers
As of 6/14/22, my entire company has abandoned the MS Teams and RingCentral integration for the Ring Central Desktop App because (1) we cannot search for keywords in SMS messages in the integration and (2) the phone directory only displays active RC members and excludes personal contact phone numbers or any contacts other than Ring Central members. Its frustrating for my users to have to go back and forth between the RC Desktop App and the MS Teams integration to do searches, when the point of an integration is to have everything centralized in one place. Add the option to use SFDC mobile to call in Ringcentral
There is a quick action in the mobile app to call with Ringcentral. It doesn't work. The call should be logged to SFDC after the call complete, with the same functionality as the desktop browser version.

RingCentral for Salesforce: Auto Log Notes - enabled by System Admin
Auto log calls' is able to be enabled at a system level by the admin. We have found that 'Auto log notes' is also a very useful feature. However, users must be aware/activate this themselves. If possible, providing the same admin level control over 'Auto log notes' as 'Auto log calls' (i.e. enable/disable for everyone by default) would be helpful

Archiver - 30 Day Search Limit
Archiver has come out of beta and a new 30 day search limit has been applied. I now cannot determain quickly how many recordings are in my recording solution (prior was no limit)I cannot do a single SAR searches via the archiver tool, It has to be done in batches. 2 telephone numbers over 1 year means 24 unique searches and a lot of wasted time.:/

Zoom Integration
It would be great that RingCentral had some sort of integration with Zoom and other similar companies like zoom. So that we could provide a link or meeting code to people that use Zoom. Not everyone wants to join using RingCentral or have had issues with it in the past, so they are reluctant to get on a call or video call unless they use their platform. We need to be able to dial on the desktop app or click "return call" and then pick up the phone and it be ringing. In general you desktop app and physical phone need to work seamlessly. Currently its about as broken as something can be.

Screen Pop Question for Dynamics integration
We have implemented the integration between RingCentral and Dynamics 365, and it is working. Our user base has asked us if we can change the screen pop to open in a new tab, as if they are working on in a Dynamics screen and they receive an incoming call the screen pop in the current tab overrides what they are currently working on and they are losing work.I cannot see a setting that request the pop open in a new tab, are we able to do this, and if so can you point me in the direction of the setting…

Documentation for Call Disposition / Call Result field values in RingCentral for Salesforce
We use the RingCentral for Salesforce integration and are building reporting logic based on the Call Disposition field ("Call Result") that your managed package writes to Task records.
We see values like: Answered, Missed, Answered Elsewhere, Voicemail, Reply, No Answer, Connected, Declined, Call connected, IP Phone Offline, Disconnected, Ringing, and Blocked.
Is there documentation that defines each of these Call Disposition values — specifically what call scenario or outcome triggers each one? We need this to ensure our automation accurately categorizes inbound calls as connected vs. missed.6 votes -
Preserve Dynamics contact names in SMS conversations within the RingCentral–Microsoft Dynamics integration.
Issue:
When users send SMS messages via the Dynamics integration, selected contact names revert to displaying only phone numbers after the message is sent. This occurs across all users and contradicts documented expected behavior.Requested Enhancement:

Hubspot Voicemail Integration
HubSpot integration with Ring Central should provide voicemail logging. All businesses want to know if their customer leaves a voicemail. The HubSpot native caller has this integration and the system natively supports recording voicemails, so there should be a means to do similar with the Ring Central integrations.

Extracting more RingSense Data via Reports or API
We want to find a way to extract the reports already found under RingSense (CSAT, etc), and specifically call quality and CSAT scores like how reports from RingCX Analytics can be sent to an S3 bucket or e-mail via schedule; if not possible, then we can also perform API calls, but the current API seems limited and does not provide the full array of information found in the dashboards.
