Have 2 options for voice message, One for daily use, and 2nd to change to holiday, out of office etc.
It is rather a pain having to change the voice mail message when out of the office and then have to change it back to the daily message when returning to the office. It would be great to have the option to have 2 message recordings, one for daily message and one for when out of office and just simply and quickly change the message back to the daily recording. The default recording in the app is not usable as it does not meet the requirements that our management wants in our messages. Would be great if we could change…

Call forwarding in RingCentral for Outlook
I’d like to suggest a new feature for the RingCentral integration with Microsoft Outlook. It would be incredibly helpful if users could manage their call forwarding settings directly within the Outlook interface.
Right now, managing call forwarding requires switching back and forth between RingCentral and Outlook, which can disrupt workflow. If we could set up and adjust call forwarding settings right from Outlook, it would make the process much easier and more efficient.

RingCentral for Outlook using New Outlook
Currently, the RingCentral for Outlook integration is only visible using the old Outlook layout.
It would be great if we have the option to have this available in the new Outlook layout.
Per Microsoft KB: COM Add-ins will not be supported in the new Outlook for Windows but will continue to work in classic Outlook for Windows.

Uninstall from all user profiles
Current methods allow for IT to uninstall the RingCentral EXE app from one user/profile (ie the logged in user) but there should be a method to allow IT to uninstall/remove the EXE from all users/profiles that could exist on a machine.
The new MSI deployment tool allows IT to centrally deploy the EXE so it would be preferred to enhance this same tool vs a separate tool for uninstalls.

Create a single task for queue calls | RingCentral for Salesforce
Currently, Salesforce creates multiple tasks if the call is from a call queue. It would be great if we had the option to filter those calls and only create a task for the answered calls. This way, it will be easier to understand the created tasks.
