  3. Currently, Salesforce creates multiple tasks if the call is from a call queue. It would be great if we had the option to filter those calls and only create a task for the answered calls. This way, it will be easier to understand the created tasks.

  7. RingCentral voicemail used to work the Microsoft Teams direct routing. It recently stopped to do so with no warning. This has strained the ease of using RingCentral calling queues with Microsoft Teams. Please bring back the ability to pick and choose between RingCentral voicemail and Teams voicemail.

  9. Request is for an expansion on the Zendesk integration to show what number the customer dialed and what the customer picked during IVR. If various companies were merged and customers can call different numbers depending on product, then can pick the reason for their call. The called employee currently has to ask all these questions again and has no idea what the customer called and why.

  12. ...for the purpose of sending inbound PSTN calls to the 3rd Party CC/IVR and receiving Agent leg calls to RC user devices. Basically mirroring our own integration with NiC/InContact with vendors like, Five9, Enghouse, Genesys, Amelia...etc. Currently, CENG fields these requests and builds these connections per customer which ties up CENG,Ops and Engineering resources for each deployment.   13. I assumed the Archiver would permit me to save the past 90 days of data residing in RingCentral. This does not appear to be the case, though. The Archiver only allows me to save data going forward. So I must watch helplessly as my last 90 days of SMS messages disappear. I can save a lifetime of SMS/MMMS in my cell phone for no additional cost. I have to pay RingCentral extra to save the same type of data in THIRD PARTY CLOUD STORAGE.When I originally signed up for RingCentral, I had no idea of the minimal data retention limitations.…

  14. Music On Hold with Random Selection. We would like to have as many messages as possible. Not always the same message. Random selection of audio files when a Client is placed on Hold. Have many messages in a Pool. The system would select on hold at RandomCurrently they hear the same message from beginning. Not as interesting as it could be.

As of 6/14/22, my entire company has abandoned the MS Teams and RingCentral integration for the Ring Central Desktop App because (1) we cannot search for keywords in SMS messages in the integration and (2) the phone directory only displays active RC members and excludes personal contact phone numbers or any contacts other than Ring Central members. Its frustrating for my users to have to go back and forth between the RC Desktop App and the MS Teams integration to do searches, when the point of an integration is to have everything centralized in one place.
