Thanks for sharing this idea! We’re excited to let you know that you can now forward all queue calls during a holiday, closure, or emergency. This feature allows you to route incoming queue calls to voicemail, an announcement, or another extension or group. You can even create a custom schedule for forwarding queue calls.
Learn more about how to set it up here: Call Queue setup guide.

Thanks for this suggestion. Remote control during screen sharing is available today, but only when both the person sharing and the person requesting control are on the RingCentral desktop app. This is because the desktop app has deeper access to your device that a browser simply isn't allowed to have for security reasons — browsers intentionally limit what a website can do with your screen, keyboard, and mouse to protect users.
Bringing remote control to the browser would require the desktop app to be updated to work with those browser limitations, which is a significant undertaking relative to how this feature is used today. After evaluating it, we've decided this isn't something we'll be building, and we're closing this request.
If remote control is something you rely on, we'd recommend joining meetings from the RingCentral desktop app rather than the browser.See Requesting and approving remote desktop control.

You have zoom as your engine and zoom has this option. It should not be that hard for RC to add this as an option when creating a meeting. Co-Host section for more than one host.Adding a co-host once the meeting has started is no use IF the Host cannot get on to start it. Need the option for Co-host as a backup to the host.
