    I would like to request a feature that would allow me to translate text messages. I am English speaking and I work with a lot of Spanish speaking sub contractors. I spend a lot of time copying and paste back and forth from RingCentral to Google Translate in order to translate text messages. I

    I would like the ability to translate messages to me to English and then to be able to translate English messages to Spanish before sending.

    I think it would best if when the translation is complete it would display both languages at the same time. I…

    We need to send larger pdf documents via text. Our prior provider automatically converted files to a clickable link when we dropped them in the text message. This avoids the need to support sending multiple file types and avoid size limitations of sms.

  8. Add a copy button next to the phone number

    On the desktop app PLEASE add a copy button right next to the phone number when the text message is open. Right now it is on the drop down menu (like in the picture) but it would be really helpful to put it right next to the phone number. Thanks!

  9. We need to pick message we are aiming our responses

    instead of using the message again , and redirect we should pick up the Message or response we would like to Reply without having to rewrite the whole message again, we can do it with Icons only, but we need text Reactions too.

    MMS/SMS Policy for Messages that contain text or otherwise reference substances defined as controlled substances under federal law, regardless of legality, including marijuana (cannabis) should atleast clarify if the purpose is for selling.

    Customer business is promote in compliance with Michigan law through the
    issuance of licenses, not the sale of cannabis.

  17. separate SMS app or widget for mobile device

    All of our users must use the RingCentral mobile app for business-related SMS/text messaging. It would be great if they could tap one icon and instantly go into the RC SMS app. Our users don't like using the RC app for SMS because there are always 2 steps - Open the RC app, then tap the SMS/text icon. They would like to be able simply tap an icon on their mobile device and go directly into SMS.

  18. Send SMS option in the active call dialpad

    there should be a send sms option in active dialpad so that the operator can send sms to the customer while on call with them instead of copying the number and sending a new sms from text tab.

    Use case: share quotes sms while on call with the customer so that they can take informed decision.

  19. RingCX needs the ability to select which DID to use for outbound SMS.

    The RingCX platform needs to support manually choosing which DID to use for outbound SMS. Right now, it only uses the primary DID associated with the RingEX user.

    Use Case:
    * The customer needs to use a Digital Number assigned to a RingEX user for an outbound SMS messages and not the Primary Numer (which is what it uses today)

  20. SMS support for CCRN RingCX numbers

    CCRN DIDs for RingCX need to support SMS handling in the RingCentral App. This works in RingCentral Contact Center today. Our existing RingCentral Contact Center needs this functionality to move to RingCX.
