  1. Please add a feature where you can print and/or save call logs in PDF form. This feature should also include all the information that is presented when initially filtering your desired information. For example, showing the phone number and the dates of the call log.

  2. I would like to have the attachments that I sent through the RingCentral app to be included with the transmission results email confirmation. This way I know exactly what I sent and can view the file(s) from my email rather than opening the app to view the attachment that I sent.

  3. The RingCentral Phone app has a button where you can start an Audio Conference. It would be very useful if this button/feature were added to the RingCentral Unified app.It would also be useful to be able to manage the Audio Conference directly from the RingCentral Unified App. The admin can control the audio conference by being able to mute the callers or disconnect the caller from within the app.Would also be great if you can transfer a call into a audio conference as well and then add additional calls into the audio conference.

  5. Subscribers that have relationship with Google or a third-party using Google for advertising purposes been having call forwarding issue. Subscribers need to reach back to their advertising vendor or Google directly to disable call forwarding rule.

  9. Local Touch/Local Connect Local caller ID manipulation gets a better answer rate than a toll free number, but many people are wise to this method of marketing. I have a FL number. If I get a call from a number with a FL area code, I don't answer. But if I get a call from Washington State, I answer. You should have an option to display RANDOM numbers to the person being called. This serves a double purpose. 1. Higher answer rates 2. Longer use of numbers in caller ID bucket before they get flagged as spam or telemarketer. I…

  11. When I hover over a message the time stamp is covered up on app when using PC. This makes it difficult to find messages at particular date/time when scrolling through a filtered search.

  13. It would be helpful to be able to manage meetings after they've been created from within the RC App. Once created there's no way to get back to them to change or cancel. There's also no way to see a list of upcoming meetings in the App.It can be done in the RC Meetings App but not the Unified RC Desktop App. Since the RC Desktop App is supposed to be the consolidated place to do everything I would think this should be added to it, especially if the separate apps are going to be phased out next year.

  20. Add a 'send' button to send a text similar to the 'send now' on the fax option. Would avoid confusion of how to send a text. I believe the desk phone app had a send button.
