Set time of day for call log delivery
Currently call logs are sent by email at a fairly random time (perhaps the time of day when originally set up?). It'd be good to allow for a time of day (even a select menu for each hour) which would mean fewer "In Progress" calls are included if set to be middle of the night.

Add "Posted In" for Tasks in Android Mobile App
When viewing Task details in the mobile app it would be noce to see what Team the task is associated with. This is available in the Windows and Web versions. But not available in the Android App. Please advise!

Multiple Ringtones for internal/external calls
With our previous provider we were able to set up 2 different ringtones. One would signify internal calls (from one extension to another). The other ringtone would be set for all external calls coming into the business. This would be for the desktop phones.

Display assigned extension number on phone screen
For a place with a large number of phones it would be helpful to have the assigned extension number show up on the phone without needing to add it to the user name. That way people can quickly determine what phone extension the phone is.

Allow Limited extensions to call paging groups
In our buildings we have a handful of full user phones but most are shared house phones using limited extensions. In an emergency it would be helpful to be able to call a paging group from a limited extension, At present Ring does not allow this.

Add ability to allow a user to view another user's text message
General messages come to my assistant's phone and I need to be able to access them. I can access her voicemail messages using my assistant's voicemail PIN, but would like a way to access my assistant's text messages too, possibly through delegation feature, or any other way that would make this possible. Would like to be able to access them in the RingCentral Desktop App.

QR code login from Mobile app to desktop app
It would be really cool to be able to scan a QR code on a desktop with the mobile app, and log into the desktop that way. Similar to having a hot desk phone

Send instant text (or canned text) from phone to person you are on the phone with.
This is a powerful sales tool. The user would be able to instantly text the customer information while they are in a conversation on the the cell phone. This could work also while on Ring Centrals office phones (computers). There could be canned messages saved on the system also that can be sent instantly. This is similar to cell phones now that can send a message while on a phone conversation. Sync Text messages once user move from extension to another
It will be beneficial for the users and admins to keep the history of their sms conversation, so that if they have to track on something it will easier for them to check and will not lost any important transactions happened via sms

Dialed Number for Incoming Caller ID in RingCentral App
The dialed number is currently not showing in the RingCentral app, phone app, and mobile phone app. It is showing in analog/physical phone though. Please add this feature in the applications as well. Thanks.

Mitel 6940 different ring tone for internal calls (call within company level)
Like to have a feature when the call is within the company, the ringtone of the physical should or can be personalized to be different from any (outside) incoming calls .

Allow all extensions to show in the HUD and/or Extension List
We have a few telephones that are in common areas, such as in the kitchen / break room, in storage rooms, in conference rooms, etc. I don't currently see any way to add these telephones to the HUD or Extension lists inside the Ring Central (Avaya Cloud Office, in our case) app. Please add this capability.

Busy Number Auto-Redial
Busy Redial FeatureWith Verizon, if you dial a number and it is busy, you can dial *66 and hang up. Verizon will call you first when the number is free and when you pick up, redial the number that was busy so that you don't have to keep calling manually.Is there anyway for RC to look into doing this feature?

global/mass voicemail messages to clients
It would be a great marketing capability if we could send mass voicemail messages out to our clients. We have an extensive list of clients and would like to be able to pre-record a message and send it out to a predetermined number of clients all at once instead of having to call them one at a time. Does Ring Central have a way of doing that and if so, how?
