Bulk Edit Phone Number Information
It would be beneficial to download all Numbers and bulk edit the Names in a spreadsheet then upload the changes. One by one takes too much time. Would help organize the account.

Ability to Bulk Edit More Features
I think it would be easier to be able to download more items do bulk edits and the re-upload it. I know you can do it with users but there are some features that isn't on the form to bulk edit. Fore example. Would be nice if you can add the notifications changes, the Caller Id information, etc. After we had the port over I had to go in and change everyone's caller ID to their actual numbers and not our corporate number in a different state. Export List of Phone Devices
I would like to be able to export my entire Phones & Devices inventory to CSV without contacting Support first. They can always generate it for me pretty easily, but it feels like this should be a feature included by default. I imagine it as an "Export to CSV" button at the top, by Add Device, which would let you filter out what to include in the device export file.

Express Link to work with email filters
Hi Team,We have been receiving concerns that customers are unable to log in using the Express Link as their email filtering service either on the PC or phone is adding info on the string like https://mimecast.com or https://urldefense.com prior the express link. We would like to submit a request to avoid issues whenever the express links are filtered by email filtering services.

It would be better if we have an option to send an automatic SMS text message to inbound callers when the manager is not available
If the customer is on vacation it would be better if there will be an automated text message for all of her clients reminding them that they will receive a callback.

Be able to switch to night message menu when hitting DND button
We would love if instead of setting business hours for the phones to switch to the night menus if we could hit the do not disturb button at night and it would automatically go to our night options. When we are in the office it varies on when we leave depending on what we have left to do. Customer requires the ability to call 811 intheir local area. This customer is a regional water authority and calls 811 almost daily to check on dig sites. This is applicable to many utilites, construction and government customers.
