allow overlap of 2 different rules
custom rules only allow 15 minutes intervals for 2 different rules that send calls to different receivers.our customer needs to allow overlap of 2 different rules like e.g 12am to 9am monday to tuesday 9am to 4pm

Remove Ring Central Advertisement on Forwarded Texts.
When Ring Central forwards my texts - I am a customer of Ring Central it has an added Advertisement for Ring Central - this is ridiculous.

RingCentral Partner - view all customer support cases from a central location.
As a RingCentral partner, it would be useful to have a location to view all our customers and any support cases that are open, so we can step in and assist the customer as needed. Currently, we have to log in to each customer individually, in order to see their support cases.

Add emergency location to User Phones list and add ability to export list
This would be useful to review the current user phones in the company to ensure they are set to correct location and more importantly emergency location, adding this idea after ours were wrong and got routed to wrong 911 location.

In Call Handling be able to choose the call order between desktop/phoneapps as well.
Otherwise your phone and computer begin ringing at once and it is very disturbing. If i can defrentiate between app and deskphone, why not between apps as well?

Unlimited amount of text notifications to an extension or queue.
Currently, there is only 5 people maximum that can get a notification via text when a missed call, voicemail, or fax comes through. I want all of my users to be text notified when there is a left voicemail or missed call to ensure maximum visibility to our support desk.

Allow Presence line call routing or forwarding back to originating extension
An administrative assistant who has a presence line on their handset, answers the presence line extension and determines that the caller should leave a message to the originating extension. There isn't a way at this moment for the call to be routed or transferred to the originating extension.

Hey,at the moment if you want to add a person to a CQ you have to go manually into the CQ and add the user.I would suggest to do it the otherway around.go into the user-profile and add the user to all selected CQ'sit saves a lot of time when you need to add 1 person to 30+ CQ'sThanks

Sticky Mute Button
Wish the app had a sticky mute feature just like Microsip does. It doesnt turn off mute every call you have to do it manuelly. I would like this feature installed into the app as an option. Also wish it would display the providers name on the app as well for easy tracing. Provider as in which upstream provider the call came from. It would be a great fraud deterrent.

when a lines busy automatic shut off
If you're dialing people and your hands are away from the phone and it's busy it keeps beeping and doesn't shut off like other dialers this is totally a big issue that should have an option to turn off. So it disables the busy signal after three seconds otherwise it sits there playing this tone all day.
