  1. Currently, the SMS API only allows sending from extensions that are directly assigned to the logged in account. It would be EXTEREMLY useful to be able to either a) allow the main number account to send from any valid extension or b) create a way that extensions permissions could be assigned to multiple accounts.Use case: all our sales team use their ringcentral direct number as their primary method of phone/SMS interaction with all customers.   3. I understand that we can set a custom status and I understand that there are 6 "canned" statuses. I would like the ability to either edit those 6 canned "slots" or add my own custom statuses that I might use frequently. I would find this super useful during work from home times.Examples: "Picking up the kiddo from school", "Away for lunch", etc.

  7. When the queue has no active members, it should be skipped, rather than the system polling and confirming that the queue is empty and forcing callers to wait while the system performs that check.

  8. Individuals who forget to remove themselves from call queues cause an inconvenience when they do so. Calls can be missed, forwarded to voicemail, or left waiting for the next in the queue. If it were possible to schedule one's self to be removed from the queue, it would improve customer service, as well as preventing other members of the queue from being inconvenienced by having to wait for the call to be forwarded.

  9. When adding a contact in the glip desktop app, if you enter the company's name under "Company Name", it will not populate when sending a new fax and searching for the name. It will work if you enter the company's name under "First Name".

  10. Would like to have the ability to assign a unique ringtone to a specific ring group or to a specific inbound number. This will allow the user the ability to identify calls just buy the ringtone. Call Queue X has a unique ringtone assigned to it. For example, Call Queue X is a hotline and calls to this call group it would ring different than other calls. A ringtone could be assigned to a specific inbound number.   11. Would like speed dials to be added to the phone to Park a call (P1, P2, P3 and P4). If someone calls in, I would like to press one of the speed dials and put the person on hold and then I can call upstairs or downstairs to the person they want to talk to and tell them that on P1 is so and so for them. They can go to there phone or any phone and press P1 button to talk to them

  14. It is currently not possible to pause or stop recordings when the automatic call recording feature is turned on. We would like to have that ability. The current method to pause or stop a recording is only available with the on-demand (manual) recording process. Our employees may not remember to start a recording every call - and we may have some people who call and do not want to be recorded. The same option to press *9 to pause an on-demand recording should work for automatic recordings.

  16. Anyone who is joining an audio conference call just has to hit a link rather than type the dial in and participant code. It's more efficient and Uber conference has that ability.

  18. The Desktop App prompts our user multiple times per day to warn them about 911 even though they have addresses configured. Can we get an option to disable the warning or at least snooze it for X number of days? Support is telling me that this is a FEATURE not a BUG.

  20. Answer phone calls with a keyboard shortcut (hotkey) when using the Ring Central App for desktops. Scrambling with the mouse to click on the answer button when receiving a phone call seems. The RC phone app has this feature, why wasn't it added to the ring central app?
