On Hold Times Upgrade
WE would like the option to have a more time limit to when someone is placed on hold. We are a travel agency that will have multiple things to do. If we call an airline and they put us on hold for 2-3 hours (yes, this happened in Covid) we want the ability to flip and call a client on another line, then go back to the other hold line. Right now is not ideal. The system just cuts the person on hold off.

Ability to assign caller id names to call queue numbers
With a company consisting of different divisions, we need customers of those different divisions to recognize that specific division is calling them. Right now only the main company phone number can have a caller ID name, and the multi-site setup removes the ability for one person to access the separate division phone numbers to call out on.A solution would be to allow for individual caller ID names for the call queue numbers as well as the company main.

Sync of contacts between Ring Central App and admin portal/soft phones
We are totally frustrated that any new contacts added to through the RC app do not sync with the main repository of contacts in the admin portal or with the soft phones. Even worse, we cannot export from the app so that we can manually update our contacts in the RC admin portal. This issue has caused us endless hours of work trying to update all our contacts so we can an accurate list when we export from ring central admin portal to csv to do text blasts, etc. Very shortsighted to not have added this crucial feature. I would like to have an auto reply text message sent out for a call that is missed to the customer who placed the call.

Add settings for different notification and sound behavior based on presence.
For example, if I'm in a meeting, I would still like to be notified of an incoming call, I just don't want to hear the audio ring. Some people if they're in a meeting or another call want to automatically send the call to voicemail. Having customization options like these helps users manage their workflow the way they want. This is especially helpful for users like managers who are in a lot of meetings and get a lot of calls. Ideally these settings would be either in the RC app or in the online account.

Adding Voice conference to All in one App just like Phone app
Currently users Can't use All in One app for Voice conference and calling Team (group) is not optimal when voice conference includes external parties.

Inbound caller ID w/ name & number like land lines do, without having them in your contact list.
So I can greet the customer by name and look their account up before I answer the phone.

Reference number on sent fax
Hi,There should be some sort of auto generated reference number on sent fax from which it can be tracked.When sent multiple faxes to some client and we need to point to one specific in it, there is no easy way.

Allowing outbound faxing by domain
The request is for domain-based outbound faxing. Currently, you have to enter each email address individually to allow for outbound faxing from a company.

Allow user extension to route call to a paging extension
We want an option that if a user extension is not available or if it is not during after hours, we can route calls to a paging extension instead.

Increasing Paging Only group to more than 25 devices
I have a client that needs to use this feature for tornado warnings, tornado drills, fire drills, mass alerts to the company. They have 75 devices on hand in various rooms throughout the facility and need to be able to page all of them to alert individuals in the building of an emergency.

Ability to turn off miss call notification on the phone app
I like to get notifications for text but I wish there was a way to turn off the notification for miss calls. I know you can go to the phone setting and turn off all Ring Central notifications but that doesn't help because then that would turn off text notifications. Thank you!

Upload Custom Cover Page as an Admin on-behalf of the user.
Hi, Please allow Admins to upload a Custom Cover Page on behalf of users and not limit it via the RingCentral Phone app. It will be great if there is an added functionality in the online portal where we could upload the cover page directly.

Call forwarding to the RingCentral Mobile App when direct user extension was dialed.
Forward the call to another user when direct number of user was dialed. Currently it is working on call queue calls not on direct extension calling.

Add time of day rules for receiving notifications and sounds
We are global. With groups using Glip for notification, everyone in the group is notified for new postings. With a group in (Germany, France, Netherlands, India) the folks in the group receive notifications throughout the night, even when based in the US. It would be GREAT to have the ability to restrict sounds to hours based on your local time zone: eg No sound notificatiosn from 11:30 Pm to 6:30 AM etc. They could turn them off before going to bed and back on in the morning, but a set it and forget it would be a material improvement. Actually decline the call when a person selects 2 for decline
It's really annoying to not actually be able to decline a call when we are given the option to deny a call by pressing 2. Sometimes we need it to just go to voicemail and call them back at a more convenient time.
