Can we change color of unread message dot on Messages icon? It is gray, which is not very visible.

Visual cues for audio activity within phone calls
RingCentral App Feature request: When using multiple speaker and microphone devices on a given system, callers can be unsure of whether their microphone is working, especially when leaving a voice mail to which the call recipient cannot verify the caller is being heard, perhaps if they have not selected the appropriate microphone device. Add 40-45 Second to "Maximum Wait Time is Reached, send caller to" option under wait settings.
Everyone will benefit from this option. The wait time before transferring to VM or another line only has the option of 30 seconds (not enough time) or 1 minute (most callers will hang up after 1 minute)

Allows Sites to be an option on the Messages Group Options for a User or Queue
We are trying to emulate a feature in our current Avaya PBX that allows multiple extensions to forward to the same IVR menu. For example dialing 12345 or 54321 would end up at a common IVR at 55500. We have custom hours and calling rules setup around 55500 and we would like those to be honored from any of the numbers that were called.It is proposed we setup the 55500 IVR as a separate Site, that allows the handling rules to be shared regardless of which original extension was dialed. Themes for the new Desktop App
We have been using Classic (Glip) for our team messaging and do not like the new Desktop App replacement because it lacks the ability to change Themes or to customize the layout/colors in any way other than accepting the 'light' or 'dark' modes, neither of which are either pleasing or suitable. Please consider adding back in the ability to change the Theme, or to modify the background and font colors on each section.

Add the option to disable messages for Call Queues to route to another Group like you can for a User.
In a User account, under Messages, the option exists to Disable Take Messages and then choose How To Handle Missed Calls and Connect Directly To Group. I would like to see that functionality carried over to Groups - Call Queues to allow more options in call routing such as if the call is not answered in the initial Call Queue, the call can be routed to another Call Queue with an expanded list of Members.

More detailed log information
It would be very useful to have access to additional log details when troubleshooting problems like faxes failing. Right now the only details are generic entries like Receive Error, Partial Receive and Unknown. I have to open a ticket with RingCentral support to find out the details from the internal logs that only support has access to view.

Add control for Integrated Calendar Notifications
In the RingCentral App, it would be really beneficial to have the ability to turn off calendar notifications so that entries which exist in the original calendar (Outlook, Gmail) don't send a duplicate notification in Ring Central. At this point, the only way to prevent this is to unlink the calendar (removing the ability to create meeting invites from Ring Central) or mute all notifications (making the soft phone functionality unusuable)

Access and manage Queue Voicemails from within the RC App
Hello RingCentral Dev team,Please migrate the functionality from https://service.ringcentral.com/.../messages/ page, to the new Windows and Mac RingCentral GLIP App. Enable the Queue Managers to listen to and delete queue voicemails right from within the same app that they use to access their personal voicemails. This would be an invaluable addition and keep them working within one unified app.Please and thank you!

The app has Headset support for Jabra and Plantronics Hub. Please extend this support to Logitech, so we can take advantage of the call control buttons on those devices too.

Text to Speech for voice mail greeting
In addition to recording or uploading a voicemail greeting, a nice option would be to have the ability to type it and have the text-to-speech voice read it. This would allow someone to quickly update their greeting without having to re-record themselves if there are any background noises.Thank you

Integrate business impacting alarms in RC portal for proactive action
Business impacting high and critical severity SBC/gateway alarms should be integrated with RC portal to take proactive action and to minimise the outage.From customer stand point, alarm integration would also help to segregate the issue on timely manner.

Allow Call Queue members to change queue status for desktop app
We have two call queues that our internal help desk can be a part of. There is a feature to allow the queue members to select which queue they want to take calls for. This currently only applies to the mobile app, however my team uses the desktop app exclusively.

Ring Central really needs to integrate with a Calendar App.
I have been searching high and low. We have Acuity and there is only a Zapier type of thing but it doesn't do anything to help. This is HUGE Zoom integrate with all Calendar apps.

Free guest account to convert to paid
There needs to be a smoother way to switch over a free account to a paid one. We had some employees that have free guest accounts to be able to chat with our teams. We now wanted/needed to get more numbers we added 2 numbers and was not able to add the users because the email address was already being used on the free account/guest account. Add Paging Groups in RC App
We use paging groups to unlock doors in the building. We have SIP relays connected to the doors. If a visitor calls from the entrance, once we disconnect the intercom, we dial *84 and then 14 to unlock the lobby door. If we could have the paging groups in the RC app, we could click the paging group and unlock the door from either the desktop or mobile app. Paging groups don't show up in the new software, but they did in the legacy software?

Pause followed by additional digits
I called help desk looking for a way to store numbers in phone book that include a phone number followed by a pause and then followed by additional digits. such as how I have my conference bridge stored in my cell phone address book. The help desk advised they were not able to provide a solution.
