Changing User's presence status as an Admin
is there a setting for that "Set DND status from Do not accept call queue calls to Take all calls"? I have the users set to on for both member status and queue status as well as making sure they cannot edit their status but I don't see any DND status.

Emergency Alert Banner
As the title states, an emergency alert banner that can be displayed across the top of the screen similar to Rings update banner. In the event of an emergency (Fire, shooting, natural disaster, etc) the ability to quickly notify everyone in the company is imperitive. Something that can be quickly sent out from users with the correct access and that displays accross all of the Ring Central apps and programs.

Stop Standard Users In Setting Their Phones To Silent Tone
We would like to turn off the capability of Standard Users to set their desk phones to a silent tone. Users change the ringer so the phone doesn't ring when there is an incoming call. Instead, it's silence causing them to miss the call.

Group Messaging for 911 SMS Notifications
Currently if an SMS is sent out for 911 Notifications and someone responds to that notification, the communication is only sent to the person who dialed 911.
This causes many unneeded texts going back and forth because the others receiving the 911 SMS Notification are not aware that it has already been responded to.
We need a way for these notifications to be sent out in a group so that everyone receiving the SMS notifications can see the responses from others in that group text and not respond when not needed.

Enable bulk download of Images received via Text Message
We are an insurance agency and receive numerous photos from our clients. In many cases we receive 20+ photos in a single conversation. We need the ability to quickly download those photos (ie, in bulk). The ability to package the photos into a Zip or similar file and download all at once would save us time!
