  2. RC Meetings. Cloud Recording defaults to Speaker View

    When recording a meeting locally, we can switch between Speaker and Gallery view and the recording shows this switch in view.
    When recording a meeting to the cloud, the meeting records in Speaker view regardless of our view setting and I cannot find a setting to force the cloud recording to adapt to the user view choice.
    Please explain a solution.

I can get my apple iphone contacts on mobile app but they won't appear in the desktop app. why the two app versions can't sync contact lists seems unreal. please get it to where personal contacts from apple can be in the desktop app. went through support and they said that option doesn't exist. Thank you!

  6. I have been working in our online account to get the details of the user and the Mac address of the devices in the online account we are able to download the data however it does not include the Mac addresses for the devices
    It would be great if this information is among with the information that is included in the download

Currently in the Admin portal there are many different options for setting outbound caller ID on an extension - their primary phone, app settings, fax settings, additional device, etc. We would love to see an option in the portal to change the Caller ID options for all of those fields in bulk, to one specific number. Currently all options must be manually adjusted to the same number one at a time and this feature would be an incredible quality of life improvement for building out hundreds of new locations every year.

  13. Due to the recent migration to the New Call Rule Service for User Extensions, the ability to add multiple number types to call flip is no longer available. Call Flip only supports User DLs and PSTN numbers after the migration.

    Looking to have the following number types to be added to the call flip:
    User DIDs
    Co-worker DL/DID
    Company numbers
    Group DIDs (CQ, IVR, DLG, etc)

  15. Stop multiple messages from just one number, for example when we communicate with this number, this number sends like 10 messages but one information like he will say "yes" on the text but will be sent like 10x, I want to stop that because the charges increase on our system.

The default voicemail notification sent via email contains personal and private information of our customers. We hope to find a way to edit this content to protect our customers' privacy.
