  1. When creating and sending a fax from the RC mobile app, end users are seeing shadows on documents which diminish the quality of the image/document they intend to scan. The request is to use the device flashlight to help remove undesired shadows when taking a picture of a document when sending a fax from their mobile App.

  3. We offer the ability to mark all messaging tools as unread BUT SMS. VM, Fax, Messaging, etc. Providing this option allows for a user to provide themselves with the unread notification reminder for follow up.

  4. Use case: A user needs to set up a new team in the RC App with people from various departments. There are sets of employees in the organization that have the same name. i.e. John Smith in Accounting and John Smith in Operations. Problem: There is no way to see a person's title when adding members to a team in the RC App, making it impossible to know if you've selected the right person.Feature request: Add Title and/or Department to the user name section when creating a team, so that users can be confident they are adding the right person.

  6. They use it for QA, right now we can only capture inbound call logs in a queue as per testing. Outbound call can be capture within company call logs. However, they only want to set visibility for those members of a specific queue.

  9. ...status to update automatically to DND or DND-OutOfOffice.. Customer would like when a user puts an out of office event in Outlook, they would like an option to put the phone in DND and change the status to update automatically to DND or DND-OutOfOffice.

  11. Use case: The customer is widely using MS Teams as their core collaboration solution. They would like to leverage RingCentral's & Textel SMS solutions for team tackling of SMS, which leverage RingCentral's Teams in Messaging.Current Limitations:
    SMS does not support all of the file types and file type sources we support in messaging.
    The customer needs to selectively roll out Messaging to a subset of users for the Team Tackling of SMS

  15. HI, we have 3 extensions at one location , and if staff calls out , customer will get standard location IVR caller id on there end.

    Same feature should be available on Text / SMS when we are texting outbound from 1 one of the extension but receipts will receive text from location IVR phone number.

  18. Our costumer requested that number will be visible for wireless callers .As for now in the current version she need to open the log to see the number who called what is unconfident for the user .
    Costumer requested also to be able to expand the call logs at least to 75% of the page .Now is can be expand max to 25%
