  2. Call Queue setting should be done by the user - not by call q - if you have multiple call q this is very time consuming - you should be able to select call q by user.

  3. The old version of RC Desktop/Glip used to show thumbnail gallery view when you viewed files. This make it extremely easy to find what you were looking for. With the latest version, you can only view as a list of filenmaes. Not useful if you're searching for an image.

  4. When messaging in glip, if both parties have messaged each other a lot within a given timeframe, then glip pops up a suggestion to have a call immediately instead. If both parties are happy to do so, it immediately connects a call. Hopefully increasing productivity and the chance to speak to a face too

  5. one of my customers state they used to be able to delete all messages from their inbox when logged in SW. Seems like at some point in the last year, the limit was changed to 50. Need that limit removed. See attached video of issue. you can "restore" more than 50, just when it comes to deletion, it limits it to 50.

  7. I have a team that shares a workload. All calls coming through one number are handled by a team of people. Currently, calls come through a call queue set on rotating.The problem I am seeking a solution for:Calls can only go to one voicemail so if the call is not answered all work is dumped on one team member.What I have already thought to try:1) Assigning which extension receives the voicemail if a call is unanswered by times of day- this is not possible.2) Having calls assigned to by rotating that will go to the team member who received the…

  14. Hi there, i basically have 3 extensions on my account (admin one and dispatch team) the problem is that the dispatches can t see the calls that are being directed to the numbers i have. Same problem with recordings...can you guys add the recordings in all of my extensions and the ringcentral phone app...? please...its really important

  15. When there is a new update available for the Windows RingCentral Phone app, it prompts the user to update it. If you have the app deployed using the ALLUSERS=1 switch, it will prompt for admin credentials to complete the update. It would be nice to be able to supply a configuration flag either in registry or while deploying (like SUPPRESSUPDATE=1) and then the user will not be prompted to update when one is available.   16. IVR Menus can not be searched (unlike People and Queues can be) - please allow IVRs to be searchable in Dial Dialog.People might wish to forward a caller to an IVR Menu, instead of to a particular queue.

  20. Our company has multiple brands and it would be nice if we as admins could assign a custom coversheet to an entire site, either by template or in site settings. It would be even better if we could customize the Fax Number that appears on those coversheets. It is very cumbersome to end users to have to apply these themselves and there is no good way to apply one when faxing via email. In healthcare a coversheet is basically mandatory, we can't use the product without this feature even if we would like to.
