  6. We need to have the profile photo synced whenever we send SMS using the same number. Support advised that this is working by design, but it would really benefit us in determining Users who send SMS using the main company number.

Want to be able to choose key presses and route directly to an external number and call go to voicemail if the customer/client will not dial any numberI don't want to add a different licensed extension for this feature. I should be able to route the call directly to an external number once the customers/client will press the key that I will assign to the external number

  16. Right now, only Primary Admins can add/edit TCR. We have Custom Roles, we can add the option to set a user with the TCR option, but it's view-only. It's better to allow custom roles to manage TCR.

  18. We would like to have the ability to customize on how quick contacts are viewed/presented. On the "New layout", Quick Contacts can now show more than 10 contacts at once, unlike on the "Old layout" that can only show 10 at once, but the problem on the "New layout" is that you would need to scroll down in order to view the other Quick Contacts. We are hoping that we can still use the old Quick Contacts layout and show more than 10 contacts at once, so that our Users would have more flexibility in utilizing the Quick Contacts feature.
