  6. The ring central app does not display incoming calls properly - they show up as OUTBOUND calls while in progress, then take up to a minute after the call is completed to actually show up with the correct details. This has always been the issue since the APP was released!

  7. Recently had an issue where I answered a call to our main number (call queue). When I tried to transfer it, my computer froze up. I could still talk to the caller, but I couldn't do anything to the call. It would've been nice if another call queue member could see the active call on her phone and pick it up. (I was told the other members could pick up the call if I placed it on hold, but that didn't work when tested today.)

  15. Wanted to increase the number of seconds to input the code. Customers are given 60 seconds to input the code and wanted to extend the number of seconds from 60 seconds to maybe 90 seconds or 120 seconds.

  16. This can already be accomplished via custom rules, but would need to allow users to add values in bulk by allowing them to Copy + Paste values separated by commas in Custom Rules.   17. Hopefully, it will be added as a feature so that the customer can forward the calls to an external number for a certain number of minutes. For example the call will be forwarded to a mobile number for 10 minutes and automatically revert back to the original call forwarding settings

  18. The presence feature is set up for users 1, 2, and 3.
    User 1 missed the call and forwards it to User 2. User 2 incoming call shows up on User 3 deskphone display but will not light up giving User 3 the ability to pick up the call.

    It would help if users will also have the ability to pick up calls (using the presence feature) that was forwarded to another extension.

  20. This would allow the customer to get details on Offline user and the User extension details quicker. Currently offline status is only available under Phone systems > Phones & Devices > Filters > Status offline. This provides and extra step of Admins needingto then navigate to User extensions for USer details
