Ring in Sequence to multiple groups
Would like the ability to ring to one group at one ring, then another group at another ring, and another group at third ring, etc. The ability to switch who the call goes to based on the amount of rings.

Likes costing you money?
My business isn't text heavy, so my plan is 100 per month. However, I continue to DRAMATICALLY EXCEED that amount because clients (if they have an iPhone) click the 'like' or 'thumbs up' or 'happy face' or whatever it is on their end when they receive a text from my number. When they do that I receive an auto-text describing the happy face, thumbs up, etc. This costs me a text message from my plan hence I exceed the 100 by so many. If the consumer just didn't hit like or happy face or whatnot on the text the problem…

Ability to Change Each Conversation Visually
It is hard to differentiate between conversations, visually, except for the side bar that indicates the name or group being spoken to. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to change each conversation visually so that we would have visual cues that indicate which conversation with which we're about to communicate.An example would be to set Person A to have a blue background while Person B would have a green background with square watermarks. When the green background is seen, it's obvious you're not communicating with Person A or a whole office group message.Opportunities for miscommunication are likely…

Get rid of keyboard on desktop
Is there a way to completely remove the keyboard from the desktop? It's completely useless and takes up valuable viewing space. I have a phone right next to me. Thanks.

Inbox vs. Phone Icon on Desktop App
If I'm looking to use my phone or anything else related to it like voice mail, voice mail transcriptions, contacts,.... I don't want yet another button called "Inbox" to click on. Have everything related to the Phone, under the Phone Icon button would be my suggestion. The app is way too busy in my opinion. I'd also like to be able to get RID of icons and features like HUD etc that I don't use.

Missing extensions on Phone app within new RingCentral desktop UI
Submitting this idea request on behalf of customer, Crown Packaging: The new RingCentral desktop app UI is lacking detail in the "Phone" app. For example, the previous interface showed team member's extensions, but the new interface does not show that detail. The new Phone interface has a lot of blank white space. Rather than have all of that dead space, can the call detail area on the left be enlarged further to the right to be able to pull in the extension?

Recipient name for faxing is showing different for Fax only account.
Client has multiple contact name in one fax number that she is sending to , when she send fax to one of the contact list, the recipient is showing different name in the fax to recipient section. it always select the first person alphabetically. multiple contact name with only 1 fax number.

Abilty to choose which tabs to pin in message side bar.
We currently use the events calendar to notify coworkers of day-of checks for our files. These are linked to specific groups for different purposes. The sidebar for the group chat helps as a quick view for where the pertinent info needs to show as information is updated/added/etc in relation to that event in that group. It helps that we can shift between each tab in that side bar, but the reset between message groups/open and close of the program is unhelpful and feels tedious to adjust. Export Message Conversations
The idea is to be able to export message conversations that you have will individuals so that in the event something is said during a conversation, someone show proof of the conversation.This would help in the event that someone within your company is leaving the company and you need to extract that information before the used profile is deleted in the event you need to show proof of the conversation later.
