Shared SMS were multiple users can receive and send SMS on specific number
Allow text messages sent to the same company number that the call queue is answering to be answered by any user in that call queue. Allow them to send messages from the company number and have a unified spot so that multiple users can respond. As our CSRs go off and on shift they should be able to pick up a text thread with a customer.

We have multiple team members who communicate to clients via text. It would be nice to allow them to send out a text using a common phone number (X) and then to also be able to have the team members see the text that comes into the number (X) so they can act upon it and be on the same page.

If it is possible that on your next update there would be feature on the admin portal to have option to distribute text message via a queue type system like there is for phone calls as we have a bunch of people text a phone number and that text will get sent to different extensions.

We use the main extension's credentials to access and run the RC App yet, when we text our clients it will show up as the direct number assigned.It will be very helpful if the sender ID will show up as our main phone number so that the client's won't be confused when receiving text messages from us.

We have a number of users who need to be able to text from a site number. For example, a particular councilor in our heath services department needs to be able to send texts to a group of patients. However they do not want this text to go out from their personal extension but need to be able to send this out from the site number for health services.

It would help tons of users because this would allow mutlipes employees to respond and send texts from the main number for the buisness which allows a better experience for the clients as well as makes it where 1 number can be used for contacting the buisness making it easier to service clients

SMS outbound from main company line is a previous feature that was utilized, and disabling on the new application has caused significant business disruption for our clients who are used to that phone number.
