Shared SMS were multiple users can receive and send SMS on specific number
Allow text messages sent to the same company number that the call queue is answering to be answered by any user in that call queue. Allow them to send messages from the company number and have a unified spot so that multiple users can respond. As our CSRs go off and on shift they should be able to pick up a text thread with a customer.

As a small startup, we need to have as many access points to our clients as possible with no restrictions. This feature is critical to our communication requirements and would vote for it 12000 times if we could. In addition, we have developed a zapier integration with our CRM platform that helps us stay on top of all our outbound and inbound messages. It's awesome, but only if multiple people can receive SMS from the main number.

Hello, I have a need to have multiple extensions be able to send and receive SMS texts as the main office number. I see I can set one user's extension in the Auto Attendant General Settings. Can I have more than one user with that ability?

I agreed that this is an important feature, I've handled a case wherein customer needed to set multiple SMS recipient for the company main number, the reason for this is that in case he will go on a vacation or will not be available for a certain amount of time, there will be no problems or hassle in checking the company SMS.

Such as a whole office being able to text from and receive SMS from the main number. This is helpful for a sales department to know who has sent what and when. This would operate just like the queue for calls but for texts. -OR- There should be the ability to mask the texting number on any given extension within RC to reflect the business texting number. This helps with integrations to CRM's that use texting and phone calls.

We are applying for TCR SMS for our company. I was just told that ONLY 1 extension can send out SMS from the main company number. This is not very useful since we need multiple users to be able to send out SMS from the main company number!
