  3. We were sold a system that was to have been "scalable". We are over 100 extensions and are now being told you have NO PHONES that will support more than that. We have a phone that is SUPPOSED to handle more than one expansion module but Ring Central doesn't support that. This needs to be a feature enhancement.

  4. I know a group of individuals within my organization that use Opera as their main browser. However, I have found that when I choose to join a ring central meeting in my browser I am presented with an error as Opera is not supported. I know Opera maybe doesn't have as large a market share as Chrome or Edge, but I would love to see Opera support moving forward.

Is there a way we can have a tool created that can be provided to customers, similar to the Network QOS test and bandwidth tests in our support documents, that would also help confirm if something like SIP ALG is enabled or another issue on the network identified to assist with troubleshooting and identifiying errors that may be network related?

I have noticed this problem in latest windows 11 client installs on a domain, it installs fine on administrator accounts and the ringcentral app shortcut shows on desktop under the users\administrator\appdata\ringcentral path. However, once you login as a standard user the shortcut is no longer there nor is it in the users\????\appdata\ringcentral folder path. Its ont a amtter of pinning or creating a shortcut to a user or even outting into the public\desktop folder because it originally installs from the users administrator account, so if you end up creating a shortcut naturally you will get access denied because of the…

  15. It would be helpful if the mobile app showed what extension picked up what call. Currently, when the same line rings simultaneously and one extension picks it up, it shows up as a missed call on all other extensions. I would like it if the desktop app, mobile app, and even the desktop phone showed who picked up what call instead of how it currently says missed call.

  16. There are times when I need to connect with a peer and they are showing in DND Or busy/red. It would be great to have the option to click that would alert me when their status changes to available/green. This would prompt me to reach out at a time that is more convenient and able to chat.

  18. I use RingCentral in a variety of ways. Sometimes I use it for meetings where I use my PC Speakers and Camera and Microphone. Other times I am making pure calls, where I use a typical Bluetooth headset with the PC. Switching back and forth between these settings is awkward. I would like a feature that simply lets me group my desired audio devices together and assign a "Group Name" to them. For example: "Camera & Speakers" would set my system to the camera, microphone on camera and speakers. A 2nd group would be simpy "Headset" that would change the…

  19. In addition (or maybe instead of?) the standard pre-built status messages, it would be helpful to have some of your previous status messages as well. For instance, we're often indicating where we are...at the office, working from home, etc. It would be really convenient if you could just toggle back to a previous status, without having to type it all over again. Having your own custom list of status messages is arguably more useful than the generic messages.

  20. Current 60-second countdown is not enough. Many of our users have been having problem receiving security code email within 60 seconds and type the 6-digit code to the two-factor authentication. Please increase the time-out limit to 120 or 300 seconds.
