Preserve groups and direct messages with off-boarded employees
Currently, if you disable/delete a user from the RC admin console, all conversations with this user disappear. This includes direct 1-on-1 communications, as well as ad hoc groups (not just their messages, but the whole group disappears). Often times, these groups contain pinned/bookmarked messages and attachments that are important.It would make more sense if the past employee's content was left intact, but their name/avatar/profile simply denotes their off-boarded status. A group shouldn't disappear until the last person in the group no longer has an account.

Disable Group Calendar Notifications
When I create an event on the calendar for a group, it automatically sends out a notification to the group chat that I have created an event. It overwhelms our group chat when I have 30 events that I'm creating in a month! I would like to be able to turn off the notifications to the chat. Everyone sees the event on the calendar anyway.

Event Calendar Repeat options
I would like more options for repeating events on the calendar. We have a bi-weekly meeting, but I have to manually create the event since the repeating options are only "every day, every weekday, every week, every month, every year."

Separate field for name as well as fax number for outgoing faxes
This function was lost in the upgrade. We need this back to quickly sort our fax transmissions. We need the field of "fax number" along with "name" (name of recipient). After the upgrade, there is only one field for fax number available.

Option to change Profile Picture to Default
I think there should be a way to remove your custom profile picture to the default image. The only way to do that now is to delete and re-create your extension. This is for RingCentral Meetings & RingCentral App.

Add badge alerts to the app wiget/icon on cell phones
This allows you to simply glance at the wigit & see if there is a voicemail. WhatsApp, Email, Messages all have this feature. It is better for efficiency & business flow. I would recommend that RC consider adding this feature.

DND setting to INCLUDE notifications
This must've changed recently? I typically have my phone on DND 90% of the time (but want the flexibility to easily switch back-n-forth). I liked that I didn't get notifications on missed calls BUT voicemails would come through passively (as badge # on phone app or showing in desktop app). Recently I noticed that the phone app no longer passively shows voicemail notifications when in DND (unless I physically open the app).Please bring this setting back! Or allow customization with notifications in the different modes... Or make another versions of DND with voicemail/fax notifications on.Appreciate the ability to leave feedback!

Add option for call queue to disable voicemail
Customer would want to have an option for call queue to disable voicemail just like a user extension have

Bring back floating window in RC Video Desktop for multi-tasking
Please bring back the floating video from the prior versions of RC App. This allowed for multi-tasking and keeping the video in the forefront while working in the background. As a telemedicine provider, its essential to see the person talking, while being able to document information simultaneously. Now I cant. This is very ESSENTIAL to my work. Please fix this!!!!

Hide Main Company Number on Multi-Site Accounts
We have a RingCentral account that has many daughter companies under one account. Each daughter company has its own main number, but the softphone will show the parent organization's account number as the "Main Company Number". I can only assume that other accounts are in the same predicament, uncommon though it may be. We would like the ability to choose what sites can see the different company numbers, choose to only show a user the phone numbers assigned to their site, or at the least hide the Main Company Number from the users.

Option to Disable "Choose How to Join Audio" pop-up for non-Ring Central Participants
-this feature would provide clients with the option to disable the pop-up-can reduce the amount of time for client's customers to start screen sharing as not all participants are computer savvy-can avoid possible audio reverb if a non-rc participant already dialed in to the meeting

Easily Copy Meeting Invite Content - Feature Request
Requesting for a feature where RingCentral application user can easily copy the Meeting Invite Content/Information without needing to start/schedule a meeting on the RingCentral application. Currently the app only has the option to copy meeting link in line with the "Your personal meeting ID:" portion.

Merge Calls in Mobile App and THEN be able to leave as the Host
Very simple. On the mobile app, accept a call, add a call, merge those calls, and then exit the call as the host, while the remaining callers stay connected. This is great for introducing two callers and then being able to exit the conference call, while allowing it to continue.

At this time you can only toggle between your two parties on the warm transfer. We have a need to be able to consult with all three parties together rather than toggle between the consultations before transferring.

Ability to sort teams in a folder alphabetically
We have a folder in our Messages list for "Providers". Within this folder there are 40+ providers we regularly work with. As of now, there is no way to sort this list. It would be nice to be able to sort them alphabetically so you could quickly locate a provider's team/group.

Call Handling- forward calls to another Ext and ring to a mobile/desktop app for another user
In Call handling, you should be able to forward your phone to another users ext, and have it ring to that persons mobile/desktop app. Currently it only rings to a physical phone.

POP UP SCREEN WITH NEW MESSAGE/FAX ETC
We use to be with 8x8 (no we are never going back) but I did like that if I received a message that it popped to the front of the screen. I see it can do this for a phone call but not a message.

Combine back-to-back messages from the same user
Users often send multiple messages back-to-back, sending a message as they complete each thought, rather than composing a full message and posting once. This is a natural way many people communicate in chat and IM interfaces. It would be great if the app could combine consecutive messages from one user into a single message visually. There could some invisible timer in the background so if a minute or two passed with no new posts, and the same user posted another message, that would be treated as a separate message.RC Classic did something like this - see attached screenshot.
