  1. Whichever app is used, IOS / Android or a PC, the location that calls are being from should be prominently displayed. Not popped up somewhere, but displayed in the app. Not doing so users could forget to update and calls to 911 showing up at the wrong location. Important when seconds can count... Sure, they read that pop up or email warning them about it... But if the app indicates the location name, it will help minimize this potential risk to an organization.

  2. SCIM initial sign-on for new users on different plugins for RC works fine. However, the teams plugins require the user to be activated/signed on to RC before being able to log in through there. SCIM is there so that the user is able to get their credentials off of AD, but the teams plugin does not allow this

  3. I hope whitelisting will work with those incoming faxes blocked as robocalls. A work around that we can do on our end to help our customers.

  4. I currently receive calls from team members and from all incoming calls to the sales department to my desk phone. I also receive all chats from team members to my desktop RingCentral program. The problem I have is I do not want to receive all of those to my phone on the mobile app since I’m just sitting at my desk anyway. What I would like is to have the ability to set it so I only receive calls and texts from team members to my mobile app so I can get alerts when I'm away from my desk or…

  8. Please add 159 to RingCentral dialing plan so we can dial it directly from the RC App. This 159 number is critical to the business as 159 is a short-code phone service that connects people safely to their bank's fraud prevention service.

  10. The customer would like to have the access to change details such as profile picture on the RingCentral application of their user extension without logging out and in from his user extension. It will be more convenient if they will have an easy access for that kind of changes within user extension without knowing the password credentials of their user extension

  12. In the old Ring Central Phone app when you searched in the contacts app the search included all fields, including company name. The new app does not do this.Might be worth while to expand the search range to include all details.

To have the options to apply these configurations:1) prevent the application from prompting unprivileged users to initiate and update that they cannot apply.2) trigger the application of an update in a non-interactive manner from a privileged account such as a script run by a mobile device Management platform.

  15. It's very disruptive now when answering or initiating a call and RC uses a different mic source than the one specified as Default, every time, so customers can't hear you until you figure out that the mic source is incorrect. We need the app to keep the default value as preferred by user.

  17. Within our company we create a task to check off that we submit patient admissions within a timely matter. It would be useful to look up all unchecked tasks by assignee. So that way we dont have to scroll all the way up looking for any unchecked tasks. It would also be helpful if after checking off a task I am not redirected back to the bottom and have to start scrolling up all over again to find unchecked tasks assigned to me.

We would like the Mexican number to show in the body of the email as clicking on the link will introduce additional steps and some users may not have a data connection at the time of the meeting.So having a phone number that may be on printed out with a meeting invite is important, especially for the Mexican number.
