  4. On the MVP application, having a team edit option that unlocks a checkbox for the teams and/or direct messages so that they can easily be selected and moved in to folders. Use cases: New team is added and you want to select all of the direct members at once and move them to a folder for easier organization. A new issue has come up and several new teams have been created, this would allow you to move all relevant chats to one folder. New manager needs to add all of their direct reports in to a folder.

  9. It would be helpful to have a capability on the app on which the device the call would ring to - between the app or the physical phone assigned to the extension. This is a lot easier instead of going to the admin portal.

  11. The Integrated apps Teams and Hubspot don't have the same features as the Ring Central APP. One Key Feature is the ability to set a direct dial number to silent, so it doesn't interrupt the conversation the agent is on. These apps are not fully integrated if this doesn't work

  12. I am not getting any name and phone number while incoming calls. Its showing only the City Name like Toronto, ON or Edmonton, AB or WinnipegBut I don't want that stuff. I am looking to get the name and number plus with the option of Send to Voicemail and Text Message. I am not sure what to do, I am paying for 2 users as well. But I need this isuue to be fix asap. I am not here for an Idea but want to ask if you can fix this coz its bugging me alot

  13. Because in a meeting of 10 or 20 people. Members could go into a breakroom with whomever they wish to meet and have a dialogue in private then return to the main meeting to collaborate with the rest of the team. This allows for brainstorm sessions without having to wait for the meeting creator to assign them into a break out room. Thanks

  14. We can create a group SMS and it will show as sent as a group text . However, when a Tmobile number replies to the sent SMS to the group, we receive the response in an individual conversation. We cannot currenly send goups texts to Tmobile users. This happens in RC Phone and the RC Web/desktop app. Please advise!

  15. The cx requested to have a toggle switch - for calls coming in to their devices, they do not want to receive it on both of their mobile app and computer. They requested if we could have a feature wherein call comes in to one device only.

  17. We have users that remove themselves from the call queue when they go on break, but then forget to put themselves back in. Even if we could select the time limit that they can take themselves out of queue, so that they would automatically go back in queue after 15 minutes. Select 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
