Increase Received Faxes Limit for more than 200
Customer wanted to increase the received faxes limit from 200 as it as they do not want their faxes to be automatically deleted from their app once it reached the maximum number of received faxes of 200.

Create a notification option for camera LED to flash on phone ring, rather than audible ring
Allow a ring notification to be the phone camera flashing, without sound. I've tried to use the Android system to do this but apparently it does not see a RingCentral app call as a "notification"

time Stamp on call logs
with previous ring central layout users were able to view time stamp for each received/missed call .with new layout they can only see the date/day .To view timestamp they have to click on the call it self and then it displays the details . Is this something that can be reversed to the way it was ?screenshots attached .

Ability to share a specific voicemail to other user's mailbox
Ability to share a specific voicemail to other user's mailbox. Posting this idea in behalf of my customer. It would be nice if I'll be able to forward a specific voicemail to another user including the caller information like a phone number as it's easier to get back to that caller if the number is showing after I forward it.

Have the possibility to pin a lateral panel in which the calls 'on hold' would be always visible
Would be practical for users that often get 2,3,4 calls at a time (executive assistants, receptionnits). For now, they need to click on the 'calls on hold' icon to see the list of calls on hold. And the order of these calls seem to change from time to time.

Improve the auto-detect to Computer Audio Devices.
Develop RingCentral App to be able to put audio through Stereo instead of only HANDS-FREE AG AUDIO.
I use a headset that my PC uses the Stereo channel for as default. The sound quality is far better. RingCentral will always default to PC Default for voice calls, but is incapable of putting audio through that channel. I have to change it at the start of the day every time.Video is a different issue entirely. Ring Groups ringing desk phone, desktop, and mobile app
Ring groups can currently ring our deskphones and we can add external cell phones for staff away from the desk. Since we are becoming mobile we are transitioning away from desk phones. We would like the desktop and mobile app to take calls. We need the mobile app and desktop since we need to use the site number for caller ID to place calls.My example we have a ring group 3065 created in our account the first group is the desk phones that always ring. Incall queue, normally it shows the name of the person who blind transferred the call. The customer wants to show the number of the caller.

Disable Autostart of Desktop App
In virtualized environments (VDI) an autostart option is required to control the autostart escpecially in environments with limited ressources. Please enable provide an option/parameter for an admin to control the behavior. When the admin manages the setting, the user should not have the option anymore to change this.

Attachment to show on failed fax - application.
It would be best if the attachments also show when the fax fails when sent via the app. It seems to just work when sending faxes via the admin portal.
