It would be great to increase the limit of the text messages in these folders(Inbox, Outbox, Sent, Deleted) to be able to view the old messages from the RingCentral app.

Allow Users to change the vibration pattern
In the mobile app, specifically on android, I would like to be able to change how the phone vibrates when receiving an incoming call. Currently, the vibration pattern is too subtle. I would like it to vibrate the same way that incoming cell phone calls vibrate, but being able to change the patter in the app would accomplish this as well.

Directory Synchronization for RingCX and CCRN Numbers
Current Limitation:
The administrative interface for RingEX Service Web currently provides a "Publish/Unpublish" toggle; however, the system architecture treats all RingCX and CCRN-associated numbers as globally visible. Consequently, the user-defined publish state is not honored, and these numbers remain searchable within the RingCentral Application (RCApp).Proposed Functional Correction
Enable the synchronization of the existing "Publish/Unpublish" toggle on the RingEX Service Web with the RCApp directory service. The system must be updated to ensure that any RingCX or CCRN number set to an "Unpublished" state is filtered out of all search results within the application.

Delete task from the Main window only.
For example, I create a task, it's displayed in the main window and appears in the tasks on the right. If I want to delete it in the main window so it doesn't get in the way, I press 3 and there's a "delete task" option. But then the task is also deleted from the task list.
Is it possible to add an option in the three dots, besides "delete task" "delete task notification"?

Option to send a Message to another user or group in the account and tag it with a high-priority alert until the message is viewed.
This option is beneficial for important messages as it will continuously alert the other user or group.

Ability to Remove Users from Default Teams
We would like to request that super admins be granted the ability to remove users from default teams. Currently, this process requires multiple steps in the admin portal, but allowing super admins to perform it directly would save time and reduce delays.

Voicemail playback Speakerphone (speaker) icon in my Android (for example) app is not clear whether speaker is on or off.
Speaker icon turns Blue when ON but the speaker icon when OFF is simply a white version of the same icon. It should be a speaker with an X next to it or through it when OFF so it can be better determined if speaker is active.
This is regarding the Android RingCentral app. I don't know how it looks in the IOS app.

Export RingCentral Chat History for Transition to Zoom
We are transitioning our phones from RingCentral to Zoom, and several users would like the ability to export their chat history directly from RingCentral. Currently, the only workaround is for users to manually select all chat messages (CTRL + A) and copy-paste them into Notepad, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Providing a native export option for chat history would greatly improve the user experience during platform transitions.

Bulk Download Files and Documents sent in the RC App
It would be very convenient if there will be an option to download the files or documents sent through the RC app in Bulk since the current option to download the files in Workspace is one at a time. It will be difficult to download all of them especially if the stored files were accumulated for 5 years or more.

Removing "Workspace" from RC app
It is not possible for an individual user to completely remove the "Workspace" feature tab from the RingCentral app interface. The tabs shown in the main navigation bar are a core part of the app's design and functionality, and there is no direct setting to hide or disable the "Workspace" tab itself.

Allow custom fields for calls (Tagging/Documenting)
The customer would like to customize their call recordings for documentation/organization purposes. For example, they would like a text field where they can label the call and recording according to their claim, so they can easily document and tag them.
This is very helpful for tracking and simplifying tasks and provides efficiency.
