  1. Allow participants to use more than one camera simultaneously in RingCentral Video meetings.   2. Missing Caller Number in Shared Voicemails:
    When voicemails are shared via message or email in the RingCentral app or admin dashboard, the caller’s phone number isn’t automatically included for callbacks. Our salesperson has to type it in manually. Is there a setting to enable this?

    The presence status automatically changes from "green" to "grey(offline)" after 15 minutes of inactivity, although the user is working on the PC (app in the background)

    Request:
    The change of the presence status in case of inactivity must be freely configurable (after time or no change) include the option to deactivate.

  6. We would like to suggest a feature enhancement for the RingCentral app: a clear pop-up notification that alerts users immediately when the app loses internet connectivity. This notification would help users quickly identify connection issues that might affect call quality, message and call delivery, and overall app functionality.

    A prominent pop-up alert would improve user awareness and reduce confusion during network interruptions.

  7. Keypad on ringcentral application to be sync on dial pad on desk phone
    - Ability to press key on RingCentral Application/Web App that will sync with Yealink T46 and T48 physical desk phone while the phone is engaged with a call.

  8. Currently if a customer calls in and speaks to multiple people due to being transferred between different team members the caller hears "AI is Taking Notes" each time they speak to someone new. I would suggest a means for the system to identify it's the same caller so they don't need to be told multiple times

  9. Experiencing a reoccurring issue where sometimes calls will be forcefully placed on hold, and if you try to click the hold button to take the call off hold, it just puts the call right back on hold. Only temporary fix we've found is resetting app data.

  10. When I'm on the desktop app and a second call comes in, please notify me silently. Now you are ringing over top of me talking to the first call. It's very loud and obtrusive. Thank you

  15. Tagging Calls via Dialpad

    When we are accepting calls on RingCentral, - is there a way to do a Press 1 / 2 after the caller hangs up, to then that number pressed is stored in RingCentral?

    For example, we do a phone call, the caller hangs up, we press the number 1 on our Dial Pad, and then is that dial pad press stored in RingCentral anywhere?

    Or is there another way to Tag a call via the dialpad after a call ends?

This would show statuses like "in a call," "in a meeting," "offline," "online," and "available to receive calls."   17. We would like to request the capability to utilize the click-to-dial feature across various browsers without the necessity of installing the RingCentral extensions. Implementing this would prevent the occurrence of dual dialers when calls are received through RingCentral sources.

  18. Currently on the RC App, deleting the Call Log entry may delete the recording, and vice versa. Our customer would like to keep the call recording but would like to delete call history on the RC App.

  20. I would like to revert my RingCentral application profile photo back to displaying my initials. However, it appears there is no option to remove the current photo, aside from uploading a new one to replace it.

    It would be helpful and more convenient if there were a direct “Remove” option for the profile picture.
