  2. A feature should be developed with the RingCentral software that enables all of the Admin Users on a RingCentral account to be able to access and add to (if necessary) the same text threads with customers, as well as the customer-facing call logs/voicemail messages.

  3. It would be helpful if under Users -> Phone -> Incoming Calls -> Ring settings -> Ring all together you could create ring groups for future use. I'm currently doing prep work for some call routing changes and it would be much more efficient if I could create the ring groups ahead of time so on the day of the change I just need to deactivate the current group and activate the new. As it stands now when I add co-workers, add them to a group, click Done and then Save the changes that I made disappear.

  9. please restrict outgoing phone calls for an actual number - so we can keep on adding telephone numbers for restricting.

    We do not want to be able to dial or call numbers that are on the UK Telephone Preferential System TPS and we have entered into a blocked number for outgoing calls.

  11. Would be great if administrators can decide which numbers a user can use for outbound caller ID. Right now, all company numbers, contact center routing numbers, and site numbers are visible to anyone who has access to change their caller ID at all.Current permissions around outbound caller ID are "all or nothing" in that either users can change their OBCID to anything in the company/site OR they can't change them at all.

  13. It would be nice to be able to customize the RingOut feature's. Such as the message that is heard, the number of times you have to connect the call (or duration in seconds.) When using RingOut with automations, it would be nice to have especially the latter option.

    Our organization has many Polycom VVX 350 and 450 phones, and we add more daily. We were able to change the colors of a few items, namely, the softkey background and text, the status bar background and text, the menu background, and the menu item and title. However, the time and date of the color text are not customizable. It does not stand out with our current background with logo color. We request this feature be added to change the date and time so it is easy to read. Attached is the config file we are currently working on.…

    Our organization has many Polycom VVX 350 and 450 phones, adding more daily. Branding our phones using a custom background with a logo has been painful. When uploading it manually via USB drive, the phone will sometimes take it, and when it does, it will not let us change the background unless we factory reset the phone. We have tried other methods via phone web view, such as uploading a wallpaper from a computer or setting a URL link to our web server. Another way we have tried is by modifying a config file and uploading it. The results…
