we found the fix, there was not an automatic update. I've changed the timezone from CST = GMT-6, to CST = GMT-5.
Just the feature request that the system update the timezone automatically on time change dates.
changed in manually to GMT-5 and now I know to do that when the clocks change again.

I see there's a way to add your own ringtones for phone calls. I was wondering if there's a way to do the same for messages or mentions in messages? I'm being a total millennial and would love to add the AIM messages for nostalgia purposes.

I wanted to download Ringcentral app for Android for multiple employees but not going through Google play as it's not going to be accessible on a company network. I see on the official Ringcentral download page you have installers for multiple platforms but not for Android. Please add one for Android devices
