  3. Due to the recent migration to the New Call Rule Service for User Extensions, the ability to add multiple number types to call flip is no longer available. Call Flip only supports User DLs and PSTN numbers after the migration.

    Looking to have the following number types to be added to the call flip:
    User DIDs
    Co-worker DL/DID
    Company numbers
    Group DIDs (CQ, IVR, DLG, etc)

  5. On iOS, a user can allow the RingCentral app through various Focus modes. If a RingCentral call is received while in a Focus mode, the RingCentral app can still vibrate and audibly ring the device.On Android, a user can allow the RingCentral app through Do Not Disturb. If a RingCentral call is received while in Do Not Disturb, the RingCentral app DOES NOT vibrate or audibly ring the device.   8. Customer are using Yealink phones

    We have a few common area phones that are currently set up as Limited Extensions. We are trying to find a way to apply schedules to these phones if possible. We only want the phones to be active from 5:30pm to 10:00pm. Any time prior to that, the phones should NOT be able to make phone calls.

Basically if somebody keeps “spam “calling you back to back to back and doesn’t leave a voicemail essentially the message will say you have called too many times or attempted to call too many times in a short duration please try again later. Just so that way people stop spam calling over and over again without having to block their number.

  11. Currently we have a limitation of recording greetings using "call to a number" option. When the call is placed to an internal number in the account with user using RC app as endpoint, the call to record announcement will not get connected. This works currently only if the user has a direct number assigned or if a hardphone is used. Could you please consider this feature, so that a announcement recording also using Jupiter app via Call feature is possible?

  12. Disable the option to enter an extension while the prompt is playing.

    The customer wanted to have the option to disable the option to enter an extension while the prompt was playing to avoid routing the call to a different extension.

  13. Be able to unsubscribe users from push notifications in the admin portal. We had a situation that an employee is not longer with the company, the access to Ringcentral was removed she was not able to access the account but the push notification was still being delivered to the mobile device.

  18. When callers dial the user DID and when he's not able to answer it, call will be forwarded to IVR and one of the key press option is to route the call back to user's voicemail.
