  2. Our organization has multiple employees (about 9 employees) using the main line (extension 101) at different times of the day. We were told that there is a limit of only 3 devices logged in at one time... There are usually 3 or less people logged in at one time, but one phone is still getting a notification saying that too many devices are logged in and that it cannot receive incomings calls.   4. The customer asked whether we have this feature. Basically, the customer's process is they will have to read aloud a certain script in the live call for recording and compliance. Since they have to say it every time they receive calls, they would rather have a pre-recorded audio that they can click on and will play and be included in the call recording.

  6. We have location with more than 25 phones. If there was an emergency such as a tornado and we wanted to page to warn staff to take shelter, or to lock down the facility in the event of a gunman, it would be necessary to page all phones at that location.

  7. HR departments have a need to access voicemail boxes when users are on vacation or leave without actually knowing the users pin or password. Sharing credentials for multiple mailboxes is not practical.

  8. When placing audio calls, there is an easy to access volume control. The only way to adjust volume in a video call is to go into the 'test audio and video' settings to get to it. Please provide a much faster means of controlling the volume inside the video call.

  10. cx is kind the confused when reading the logs, she doesn't get what the forwarded to is pertaining all about and wants you to precisely state on the logs where did the call goes as it goes straight to the mobile app or the desktop app. cause all she sees is the main line that's why she is under the impression that call are routed to the main line and not on the ext

  12. We have to read a disclosure to clients and I'd like to have a recording I can send callers to. I currently send clients to a message only extension, but it is not recorded as part of the call. The government requires that the disclosure be recorded as part of the call.

  15. We are trying to add multiple pages of presence to our Yealink phones. The only way to do this is for RingCentral to add that line of code to the phone’s firmware and then it’ll work.Yealink did not provide a firmware version, they said that RingCentral just needs to add that line of code to their existing firmware to get multiple pages of presence working.

  17. we are in need of a custom rule to route calls with no caller ID to a specific call queue and not the main line for our company. I understand this is not a feature currently in the system, but this is an urgent need for our business and hopefully could be looked at and set up soon.

We should have capability to edit 0 dialing features so that the caller would not be staying on ivr menu for 3 rounds ( almost 2 minutes) before it 0 dialing took effect . this may help us lessen wait time of callers if they were not able to press on any options and dont know which options to go through

  19. Red Hat is in the process of turning up a new custom engineered BYOC gateway in Dubai, UAE. They needed local UAE DIDs.   20. To have Microsoft connection to truly follow the calendar so that when in a meeting it will auto go to a do not disturb and then back to available when out of the meeting. Another nice item would be if it follows the MS Teams so if you are on a general call (it goes red) that it would do the same.
