Disable Autostart of Desktop App
In virtualized environments (VDI) an autostart option is required to control the autostart escpecially in environments with limited ressources. Please enable provide an option/parameter for an admin to control the behavior. When the admin manages the setting, the user should not have the option anymore to change this.

Sort Users by Last Name in Admin Portal
Finding users in the Admin Portal would be much easier if you could sort by Last Name. Currently you can only sort by First Name. With 1800 users, there are lot more duplicate first names than last names.

Attachment to show on failed fax - application.
It would be best if the attachments also show when the fax fails when sent via the app. It seems to just work when sending faxes via the admin portal.

Paging Group Contact / Shortcut for Desktop App
In the mobile app, users are able to see and access Paging Group Contacts under the Other tab. You can then click Page announcement and make a page. There is also an option to "Add to quick contacts". This works and shows up on both the mobile app and the desktop app, however you are unable to use the Contact in the desktop app. There is no way to easily create a simple way to page. USER Voicemail PIN Change
We have User Info disabled for our users so they don't accidentally change their name information. For some reason the ability for a USER to change their voicemail pin is tied to User Info. We need to be able to allow users to change their voicemail pin without enabling USER info in the role. Please add this as this seems like a basic request that should have been addressed already.

Prompt for Active Extension
The customer would like an option to have a disabled feature for the extension that cannot be dialed when the caller is waiting in the queue. Because the system transfers the call to another extension (when dialed) when it detects it is an active extension.

Please allow us to enter recipient information in FAX templates.
Allow us to enter specific contact information in recipient section of your FAX templates. In order to send a proper fax, we have to upload our own fax cover sheet.

Missed Call Notification for Numbers in Inventory
There should be an option to assign a number from the inventory to say a play announcement extension to avoid the notification going to the operator extension or there should not be any notification for numbers in the inventory if someone calls it and treats it as an inactive number completely.
