Customer said, "We migrated Microsoft tenants from commercial to GCC-H and now we can no longer connect RingCentral App to Office 365 for calendar and contacts integration."This new Microsoft feature might still not be supported in the RingCentral App.Some Dev Team members said, "looks like MS side issue.""Looks like this is part of the RingCentral Gov compliance requirement, wondering if this is part of the product roadmap already?   5. Want to be able to choose key presses and route directly to an external number and call go to voicemail if the customer/client will not dial any numberI don't want to add a different licensed extension for this feature. I should be able to route the call directly to an external number once the customers/client will press the key that I will assign to the external number

  7. I have staff that do no have log ins/phone because they do not make phone calls for the business. However, they do help with faxing. It would be great to have a central website log in to fax only (much like nextiva) so I do not need to share my phone credentials or email credentials for a person to send a fax that does not have an extension.

  8. With clients starting to utilize the texting feature with our team, we need to be able to notify our clients if they text a team member who is out of the office - like you do with emails. It would be great if this could pull in from the out of office message that you put in office.com/outlook.

  10. Allow RC AU Account to call using Blocked Caller ID to call AU NumberRC AU Account cannot use blocked caller ID number when making outbound calls to an AU number. The call gives busy tone onset of the call. Call is not hitting system call log.

  13. Currently users that have Mitel phones are UNABLE to transfer from a Call Q and have the original caller ID sent. This DOES work if they transfer from the call Q and manually enter the 4 digit extension. Mitel users are used to having this feature so it would be GREAT to get this implemented as soon as possible on these devices.

  14. Would like drop down on a toolbar that allows me to quickly change what mic/headset I am using without having to drill down through the settings every time. I use boht a wired and wireless headset. And it is a HUGE pain to have to keep changing it in the settings.

  15. With our old phone system (Mitel), there was an applet named Phone Assistant(https://oneview.mitel.com/s/article/Phone-Assistant). It provided a one-page view of all users and their current status (On a call, DND, idle, out, etc.). It was extremely helpful as call handlers can quickly make decisions on who can accept a call transfer.The closest thing to this with RingCentral would be to look at everyone's status in the messaging page of the RingCentral app. Due to regulatory restrictions, we needed to have the messaging feature disabled in our RingCentral app. In an effort to duplicate something similar, our RingCentral expert helped…

  16. Please reduce the width of the Message Menu which shows your contacts being messaged.Don't need that 3.5" space there for names only - need more space in the message composing area. I have several windows open, but have to keep resizing RC window on Messages so I can see the chats when I need them and then reducing the window which pops back to the Messages Menu ONLY and not reducing both the Menu and Message area.
