  3. Option to Add IVR as presence so that if it does not get answered, call is routed back to the IVR.Customer's verbatim: We have calls that come in to an IVR on the MVP side. There are a number of options, for reaching members of this team. We want a way to make this number ring as a presence on their softphone and in the event they do not answer, it goes back to the call routing.

  8. I have a call-in talk show. Every time I'm "on a call" and other callers ring in, when I click (ANSWER AND HOLD) it puts the "active" caller on hold rather than the new callers. This is a big problem on my side. Please help!

  9. We have a group of staff that rotate on-call duties after hours. In the past they would setup IVR to allow customers to contact on-call in an emergency and that would ring to a message only extension. Then, we added everyone's cell to the notifications. Assign the RC contact to our phones, and assign a loud ringtone to be notified when someone had left a VM after hours, then they call them back. I am trying to assemble a solution that would allow them to use their personal cell phones and I'd be able to create call queues in rotating…

  10. I'm trying to disable the option "Send an email when a phone is added" on all users account. It is not an available option within a template. Please have an option to do this in bulk. Also, an option to disable notifications to users temporarily.

  12. our team uses ring as our primary communication method.When a team member has vacation time and or just will be out of the office for a period of time they will create a new event within ring central and send that event in our team chat. This is great however the events get lost very quickly when we use the team chat as normal.I would love to see something that allows us to filter by these events to see what days the team will be unavailable ect. Similar to how all team member can see a pinned comment.cheers

  14. When getting a failed fax transmission email we receive the phone number we faxed and the attached documents but not the cover page. Sometimes we fax multiple times to the same fax number but they are for different clients. There is no way of knowing which one failed cause the document names are the same. Also when going to the failed faxes you can't click on the document to view the pdf like you can for successfully sent faxes. So perhaps a fax notification option to add the first page of the cover page to the notification. Thanks.

  16. The presence feature is set up for users 1, 2, and 3.
    User 1 missed the call and forwards it to User 2. User 2 incoming call shows up on User 3 deskphone display but will not light up giving User 3 the ability to pick up the call.

    It would help if users will also have the ability to pick up calls (using the presence feature) that was forwarded to another extension.

  18. This would allow the customer to get details on Offline user and the User extension details quicker. Currently offline status is only available under Phone systems > Phones & Devices > Filters > Status offline. This provides and extra step of Admins needingto then navigate to User extensions for USer details
