  1. Currently only Key 3 onwards can be changed, however where users are working with lower end Poly phones such as the VVX150, there are only 2 keys and both are reserved for the extension line.Please can we make Key 2 programmable for other extensions or pickup groups?

  2. Users should have the ability to customize the error message if somebody will send a text message to their number and that number is not sms capable or cannot receive text. for example, an error message can be. "This number cannot receive text" rather than just message failed because it gives a negative connotation to the company's number.

  6. I work for two companies and they are both using Ring Central. I have two different numbers, one for each company. I would like an easy way (think the way that Microsoft Outlook or Google does this) to swith between accounts so I can call from whichever number is relevant and receive calls from both numbers.

Please add a way for managers and other non admins that have access to phone recordings or analytics to be able to access them from the desktop app. Right now if a manager or supervisor wants to access any of this system they need to know the URL to access it. Where as an admin can get to this information by clicking on their profile picture and clicking Manage account or Clicking Company Settings then Visit Admin Portal.It would be great if anyone that had access to the recordings could get to them directly from app.

  8. Porting process in the Service Web should show the condition for porting in, i.e. For porting Toll Free Number to Toll Free Number and Local to Local so as not to surprise the customer a new number charge

Any new RingCentral numbers would automatically added into an active TCR Campaign as opposed to manually having to add in numbers though the Number Assignment page every time a new number is created? This would streamline the onboarding process for new RingCentral numbers and make use of an active TCR Campaign

  14. Add the ability for clients that have multiple sites to use either a 'company directory' or 'site directory'. For 'site directory', this will limit callers to identify individuals at the site they have called into. Additionally, you could use an extension list to build the site directories and allow the IVR to point to that extension list only.

  17. A "hunt group" works very similar to a "ringing group". A Hunt Group feature defines the call coverage of an extension, which can include multiple steps including a group of extensions that ring simultaneously or individually, and voicemail. Hunt Groups can be shared among one or a number of extension that share the same call coverage. In lieu of configuring within each individual user profile a list of extensions that are grouped into a ringing group and designated to answers calls when not answered by the principle extension, which is likely similar across multiple extensions within a department, allow destinations…
