  2. The dial pad should have an option to stay on top of all other windows (stay in the forefront). It is frustrating when you're in a call and doing other things and you have to bring up the dial pad window again to do a prompt or mute/unmute, etc. If there was an option to be able to click to other windows but the dial pad always stayed on top that would be great. I would make a button to pin the dial pad on top while in a call or unpin it AND have an option in settings to…

We are looking to not disturb coworkers on an active call and would like to set the default as sending a call to voicemail when on an active call rather than ringing through.If this isn't the default, it would be nice to have a toggle setting to change this behavior for call forwarding to voicemail during an active call

  4. Been trying for 6 weeks to port number out. I enter info from portal/my bill/account. My zip codes have not changed, but transfer fails with "invalid zip code". Repeated same steps 20X. Many hours wasted talking to RingCentral and Fi. It's a way to force customers to stay. Remaining choice is to abandon my business phone number of 25 years, and get a new one. Very, very bad RingCentral!

  5. There is no way to transfer a call directly into someone's voicemail. Sometimes callers will request to leave a message for someone but in order to put them into the voicemail the phone has to ring out to be connected to the voicemail. There needs to be a option to hit a button to transfer directly to voicemail without the phone ringing out first.

  9. During a call (not at the start of a call) a person may need to play a legal disclaimer or other pre-recorded audio clip. It would be nice if the caller could trigger the audio clip playback during the call and then return to the call once the audio clip is over. Please note, that if this is a recorded call, then the audio clip should be included in the recording as well.

  10. The addition of this URL (https://support.ringcentral.com/release-notes.html) is great. I was unaware that this even existed until RingCentral support offered it. I did notice that some feature changes or fixed issues are missing from the release notes. For example, how to modify the large meeting license. The process completely changed in the Admin portal and I received no communication from RingCentral about when this changed or what the new procedure is. There have been several other changes to the Admin portal or the RC app that are not being communicated to customers, this is frustrating.

  11. Currently there is a limitation on 1 manager per user group. Our organization would like to share this responsibility with others in order to handle the changes needed within a large group

  12. Hi folks!Often I look back in my emails to find a particular received fax, and its a huge pain to open each attachment. Would be very helpful to have the first page show in the body of the fax. Doesn't need to be full size either.I had this option at a competitor and I really miss it. Jake

  15. One thing we can no longer do is upload recordings for voicemails. When recording on the Service Portal with a headset, the recording sounds "windy". When using the cell phone the recording is good, but we have to access the portal on the internet. The mobile site is not user friendly.

  17. Cleaning out and organizing my faxes is quite difficult. I need the information on both the app and the website to see which ones to delete or which ones I need to handle. The app has the view eye that allows you to see the fax sent but the website you have to download it in order to blow it up to see the fax in question. The app does not have the attachment details so you have to see the website for that. I end up having to have the app and the website open to clean out my…

  20. When viewing all voice mail messages you have the ability to select the checkbox in the header to select all voice mail messages. If you have more than 50 voice mail messages and you select them all and click delete, nothing happens and there is no notification that only 50 can be deleted at a time. So the screen remains with all voice mail messages selected and no response on the screen. It would be helpful to inform the end user via a notification that they can only select 50 messages at a time to delete.
