  1. It would be nice if we could bulk upload our legacy devices (not purchased through RingCentral, but supported by RingCentral) into the Admin Portal so we don't have to do it one at a time. I understand that only the DealsDesk are able to bulk upload devices to Customers Accounts when purchasing/renting phones, so the feature is available, it would be nice if it wasn't just for new/rented devices.

  2. What we are trying to do is remove the ability of the users who are in a call queue from turning off their call queue calls. We would like to remove this option or grey it out so the queue users cannot change it.

  3. I am looking to integrate with one of our entities. I would like to create short dial codes to call users on the other phone system. For example, I want to be able to dial 5220 and it should automatically dial an outside number and pause and then dial ext 220.

  4. Can you please add an option for weights. meaning having certain sales reps receive more calls within a queue than other sales reps.

    Example: If i the numbers of sales reps I have available equal 100% and I have 10 reps available. Each rep will have 10% of calls. If we can add the option to increase certain reps percentage (which will automatically lower the other reps percentage) so some reps receive more calls than other reps. This will increase the weight for one sales rep, he/she will receive slightly more calls than the others. etc.

    The current functionality for uploading templates to the RingCentral Directory presents challenges in maintaining updated and correctly formatted contact information. This feature request aims to improve the user experience by allowing for easier editing and updating of directory entries, as well as enhancing search capabilities, particularly by company name.
