Add button that opens third party URL from the soft phone and web applications
It would help us if we could allow the user to click a button from the interface they make/receive calls on to open our application directly from their RingCentral device.

Ability for agent to stay on the line after transferring to an external number.
We need the ability to warm transfer a caller to an external number, brief the 3rd party and then bring the original caller back onto the line with all parties to make an introduction. Right now the only option is to create a conference call on RC Phone (which has a conference greeting).

Allow Mobile app login for Announcement Only ext
Goal: Record & change announcement on the go.Idea 1: Allow direct login to announcement Only ext on the mobile app. User can then record directly from the app.Benefit: It would be very beneficial to be able to update announcements on the go through the mobile app without having to sit down by a PC & log in to change the announcement.Alternate Idea: Enable phone call in method to update the announcement. User would dial a phone number to login & authenticate. User would then be able to listen to current announcement or change announcement.

Add a place for phone extensions on the contact page
It is very time consuming to have to look up a clients extension because it cannot be stored in the contacts. When I asked someone in your company they suggested I add the extension to the persons last name, that is a very clumsy fix.

Option to change Profile Picture to Default
I think there should be a way to remove your custom profile picture to the default image. The only way to do that now is to delete and re-create your extension. This is for RingCentral Meetings & RingCentral App.

Allow Performance created subscription to be accessed by all super admins
As of the moment only the user who created the report can view the performance. There should be an ability to share it.

Allow RC users to make internal phone calls after business hours
We have set business hours for our company, so that outside callers cannot reach us after 5pm, for example. HOWEVER, this also disables our own staff from calling one another. The calls go straight to voicemail. Would like the ability to have business hours for external calls and yet still be able to make calls to our internal RC users that are still in available status.

Hide Contacts from RingCentral Contacts List
I'd ike to be able to hide some accounts from the contacts list, within the RingCentral desktop app. For example, we have an account assigned to someone who hasn't started working yet. For now, I don't want them to show up within the Contact List.

Single Sign-On for Support Site
Signing onto the Support.ringcentral.com site to get anything done is a true hassle. You go to the site, click the link to log in, then when you click on the My Cases link, you are told "It looks like you're not logged in" and you have to log in again. Then, once you are viewing your case list, when you click on a case to view that case, you are again told "It looks like you're not logged in" and you have to log in FOR A THIRD TIME! Play announcement "press 1" on call Queue
we have backup number who can answer phone calls if all members are busy in the queue, and that backup number uses the platform where call stays on hold and no ability to press 1, it connect directly without pressing 1. its problem at this moment. Please add option never play announcement on call queue.

Use same text to speech technology for custom voicemail greetings etc.
I have found that the IVR text to speech is useful and effective. It would be helpful if we could use this same text to speech function for other messages in RingCentral. Examples:Custom voicemail greetingsCustom connection messagesAnywhere that RingCentral allows you to record a custom message, those are places where text to speech would be useful
