Make currently in use phone number & extension visible at all times in Desktop App
I have around 5 RingCentral phone numbers. When I am in the middle of a call, I want to see the current phone number that the desktop soft phone application is using. I would like this displayed prominently in the blue ribbon at the top of the page to the right of the search field

Autoreply Text Messages
Description: I wish to send an autoreply to external text messages incoming to a user's phone during non-office hours. (example "Our hours are M-TH 9-4, If you have an after hours urgency please reply with the word URGENT, and we will respond). Is there an app that will facilitate that? (I looked at the autoreply bot, but it seemed more for group messaging within the office, and also did not give instructions in how to install and use).Feel this would be useful for a multitude of users and would make RC much more valuable.

Outbound Fax Cover Page Info Profiles
Now that I have two offices in two different US states, I need to be able to select which fax number I'm faxing out from. Each fax number can have its own specific Cover Page Info. To fax out from an email, perhaps I could type either xxxxxxxxxx@rcfax1.com or xxxxxxxxxx@rcfax2.com

Allow a super admin to view ALL support cases pertaining to the company
As a Super Admin I would like visibility into ALL the cases that were opened under the company I administer. Without such a view it is incredibly difficult for an admin to track the status of issues and ensure that things are being resolved as needed. Furthermore, when multiple people administer the company, there is a greater tendency of duplicating tickets and efforts.

Possiblity to make invoices per cost center in a SW or via billing
It would be a great add in Service Web or via Billing team to have the possiblity to bill each cost centers independantly. Right now invoices are made per account and companies have to ventilate on their own with the detail from this invoice.

Mark text messages, voicemails, missed call notifications as unread when already read
I'd like to be able to read text messages but still be able to mark them unread if for example I read a text but I am not able to reply until later that day. Marking it unread would make it bold again so that I know to see it again and it won't get lost among the read ones. I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

Adjust the Prompt repeat times of IVR menu
With our company, we want to set the prompt repeat times about once or twice times. And then the call of our customers will be transfered to the Customer Service team to pick up if our customers don't press any options. We don't want our customers must wait so long to wait.

Fill in Fax without making a contact
We fax to many companies and lenders that are NOT contacts. We would like the ability to fill in the fax cover sheet manually, not make a contact first. That is very time consuming and not a good use of time.

Search for specific numbers when adding number
Currently, when adding a new local number to the account via admin portal there is no way to search for a specific number. Instead you must view all available numbers and refresh or go through a list.It would be more convenient to have the ability to search for a specific number beyond the area code when looking at numbers to add to the account.

Separate call recording announcements for internal and external calls
The ability to set a different call recording announcement for internal and external calls.Reasoning here is that internal team members already know that calls are recorded and why. Having the same call recording announcement whenever an internal call is made or when a call is being transferred internally slows things down and becomes frustrating for team members.This is particularly an issue for Redmayne Bentleys traders where time is of the essence when making these calls.

Add the call queue option in RC Phone app available in RC MVP App
There is a call queue option that can be added from Users that only works by using the RingCentral Phone App. It would be great if this worked also with MVP.

Make the 'X' to close a pop up more visible
A lot of tickets are generated to IT when RC announce an update with a pop-up window because the X to close is transparent and people just don’t see it.However, the pop-up prevents them from using the app.Please make the 'X' more visible so that the window can be easily closed to allow access to the app.

"Rolodex" where you can house all your contacts that the entire company can reference.
Since Ring Central is for calls both incoming and outgoing it would be nice to be able to add contacts that the company uses such as vendors you work with, site contacts, etc.. Currently you can only add "Personal Contacts" which only the user can reference. Essentially a rolodex of contacts the company uses.

Do not have a text send when pressing 'Enter' on desktop
In the iPhone app, pressing 'Enter' goes to the next line in the text to start a new paragraph. On the Windows desktop version, pressing 'Enter' sends the text. Please change the desktop app to be like the iPhone app so I don't accidentally send my text with only the recipient's name, or just before I put my name at the end. Please have the text send only by clicking the paper airplane.Or at least provide options in the settings for how people want to send their texts.Thank you!

Manually entered/update Caller ID Name in RingCentral
In RC Admin/User Web Portal > Reports > Call Log, Name can be associated with Phone Number, future calls from the Phone Number will now display the Name in Caller ID.This function only works for individual RC users. For example, if RC User 1 enters a Name for Phone Number 123, RC User 2 will not see the Name for Phone Number 123 in Caller ID, so RC User 2 will also need to also enter a Name for Phone Number 123 in order to see the Name in Caller ID.It would be great if when RC Users associate a…
