  1. we have backup number who can answer phone calls if all members are busy in the queue, and that backup number uses the platform where call stays on hold and no ability to press 1, it connect directly without pressing 1. its problem at this moment. Please add option never play announcement on call queue.

  3. My business shares two accounts across two buildings next to each other and only one main line number that's known, so being able to park a call and both accounts being able to see it would be useful.

  4. Change the color of the "green" available light/icon to a brighter shade. The lack of contrast makes it hard to see rather or not the user is available on most devised. A much brighter shade or different color all together would make it easier to see

  5. There is no way to shrink the window and show more of the name under tasks. When shrunk, most data lost, when enlarged, lots of blank space. I'd like more control over the window size/shape on my desktop.

  8. Participant sort list seems random, should be able to sort by alpha, surname, who's unmuted/talking, etc. Seems to be a huge missing feature. Additionally, the fact that the participant list seems to randomly change order is problematic when trying to use the list.

I updated my RingCentral app on my Mac a while back (now version 21.2.10.452 Web, 21.2.10.949 Mac) and since then, an important feature no longer works: the Team/Room Description that used to show up in the right hand pane (and contained helpful info and links for the room) is no longer there. Seems you can get to it by way of the three dots in the upper left but that is far less useful than having it right there upon arriving at the room.It would be incredibly helpful to have that back for immediate orientation for folks joining a room.

  10. I'm an attorney. Text threads/strings have become a source of evidence in many litigation cases. I regularly ask my clients to provide me with an entire thread. Some will send me multiple screen shots. But, some send me the entire thread printed out chronologically; not a screen shot. I thought RingCentral, being a cutting edge company, would have that capability. You don't. I think you should add that capability.

  11. My company has been using RingCentral for many years. Every time I use the app, I get interrupted in the process of performing a task by a "click here to..." notification. Not only am I fully aware of the features of RC, it is becoming burdensome to try to even make a phone call. In-app-window notifications such as this should be able to be turned off in settings.

  12. It would be great if an automated text message could be sent out when the caller presses a number or an extension. For example, to get a link to our address texted to you, please press 1. To get a link to our online scheduler, press 2. Once the user presses the number a txt message would go to their cell phone with the links.

  17. The option to select more than one phone number for agents to use as a Caller ID would be useful for companies that want their agents to be able to call out with a main number as well as their direct line while limiting agents access to all company numbers.

  18. We have an edge case where a Shared Line Group is ideal and a few users that would like to be able to accept calls that are forwarded to a Shared Line Group on their soft phones. This currently only works for desktop phones.

  19. I would like to be able to have the administrator change the settings for the incoming faxes. We currently have one main fax line, but currently the fax line has to be connected to a user, and the settings are only available in the user's desktop application. There isn't a place for the administrator to change the settings on the admin portal.

  20. We need to increase maximum amount of simultaneous forwarding. As of right now, we are limited on how many can be on the list at once and it forces us to input each name and number daily.
